Great heater. Easy to assemble

Impossible to light

I have used other patio heaters, and this is, by far, the worst. You have to hold the knob while it is warming up, but mine rarely lights. I'm throwing mine away. Save your $.

Nice looking but a bit on the flimsy side. Missing a part but customer service was very helpful. Need your own sand to weigh it down. Overall sparks on fast and easy. A bargain when on sale.

Was already put together and ready to use and they beat the price web wide!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cracked my window, terrible product, poor instructions

Horrible product. Cracked my window. Absolutely no warning that it needs to be at least 15 feet away from a window or it will crack from heat. Expensive and disappointing.

The heating element falls off when the lamp is tilted to move. I can fix that and got two years of use. This year it won't stay unless the knob is replaced. I guess I should feel lucky I got two years use from it. It was cheap. Two years = two stars

Buy anything else

Heater was difficult to light when new, now 9 months later it will not light at all. We live in south Mississippi, so we don't have extreme cold, but unless you are standing directly under this heater hugging the pole you will not feel any heat. This was a complete waste of money. It deserves zero stars.

Bad Purchase.

Poor construction. Picture on site is not what the actual color is. If I could return, I most definitely would.

Garbage

Unit had about 3 hrs of usage on it, BUT it only has a 1 year warranty. Spoke to Tech people 6 times to try get it fixed with no luck. Wanted to but a brand new burner unit, but they wouold not discount price and would issue more than a 30 days warranty on repair.

They only work some of the time and not for a very long time. This is the most inconsistent product I have ever owned. Some days it will light and keep heating all day. Most of the time it is difficult to light, doesn't stay lit if it does light, and often shuts off after a few seconds. Replacement regulators for these things are special orders online only. Regulators are often the point of failure as propane is a very dirty fuel, but something with the valve in these units is defective. Definitely don't spend full price on these, if you're lucky to get them for $100 off like I did, you'll only feel like you saved a couple of dollars until you get home and pay x10 over for the level of frustration they will give you.

Thermocoupler Failure

I have two of these heaters. The thermocoupler has failed on both in just over 1 year. Flame goes out when you let the knob out to turn up the flame after ignition. Holding the knob in longer does not help. I called the helpline and their solution was to replace the part at $45.
