I do bathroom remodels for a living. Dreamline is a fantastic product. I’ve installed over 50 Dreamline doors and have never had a disappointed customer. Once in a while I have had a part missing and they have sent a new one in just a few days. Excellent customer service!

Service was absolutely horrible. The delivery folks literally threw this 200lb shower door in the middle of the yard and in part of my neighbors yard. Cust Service's initial solution was to have it picked up and redelivered, which is absolutely ridiculous. This was opposed to them coming back and putting by the door. The issue should be documented and recorded. It was absolutely horrible. I had to ask the installation person to come early to help lift the item with my sister's husband just to get it out of the yard. Not sure who thought that it was okay to literally throw a 200 lb glass door in the middle of someone's yard.

Lowes was great to work with! Door can after 6 days, other big box store took 17 days and it was chipped! Dont lst dreamline fool you, the door has some minor adjustability. My walls were out of plumb by 1/8 inch and it worked great.

The door itself looks great but a huge disappointment with the recommended installers who never called me with the exception of Mr Handyman who told me $400 then changed it to $800 a week later. I ended up having to do it myself but I had to drive the 8 hours down and back to get it done in time. A HUGE disappointment so I will probably never do that again

Glass is GREEN!!! Not Clear.

Buyer BEWARE!!! The glass has green tint to it. I used this door in a white shower, and now the whole bathroom has a GREEN hue to it. The GREEN tint has completely ruined the look of my bathroom, and DreamLine will take no responsibility whatsoever, even though they admit to knowing that the iron in the glass gives off a green hue.

This shower door looks great in our new bathroom. In the product information it says the wall must be plumb. That is absolutely correct. Our walls were out a little and we made it work without too much effort, but there is no built in adjustment to make up for an out of plumb wall, this is why a four star rating versus a five. The hardware is heavy duty and the thick glass glides open and close easily. Overall we are happy with the purchase.

I absolutely love this shower door. The instructions was a little different because I guess its base off different models. i needed the 68"-72" one so the instructions where a little different but once thats was figured out i did the install myself with the help of my wife. Tured out very nice????????

We have had ours installed for about a year now. The door is fantastic. Like any glass door, it will show water spots. The coating helps, however, we have filtered city water, and you can see all of the water spots. We made certain to keep walls as parallel as possible. Even still, they were not perfect. This door will show any imperfections. Since there is no frame, be sure your walls are parallel and your shower pan is level. If you have any doubts, get a model that has a frame and allows for some adjustment. Overall, love the door and the way it looks and feels. Wouldn't hesitate to buy another if we should ever need another glass shower door.

Athough the door says it was not intended for parallel and perfectly plumb walls, it installed ok with mine 1/4 out of plumb (had a bow in the fifixed panel wall). I bought a stainless steel 3/8 channel from a plumbing retailer that formed to the bow on ht fixed glass side. Hid the imperfection perfect. Silicone to finish and it's a perfect install. All me, not the product I must admit.

This is a nice door. We ordered it through home depot. The instructions were not easy to follow as there are three versions of the door and all three versions are included in the directions. You have to sift through the information and determine what setup you are working with. Also, door arrived on a pallet but in a cardboard box that wasn't protected. The box was destroyed. We had to unpack it at home depot and go through the door to ensure it wasn't broken before bringing it home. Then we had to pack it back up and hope we got it home with no damage. We love the door, the packaging and directions could be a lot better though.

I bought the first shower door, arrived fine but my installer quit. My new contractor said it is too narrow so it took a while on the HD service number but the lady was so helpful getting approval to return and also helped me find the correct size in a style that was wider. It took a long time and my contractor needed to know the timeline so I called Dreamline and spoke to Andrew Speck who was exceptionally helpful. He followed up on my delayed shipment which was due to cv-19 reduced staff. Eventually I received it and it was heavy but got installed then the guy bumped it after it was hung and it shattered. Again, Andrew knew to replace the one sliding piece of glass but also said I needed four new rollers because of the locking mechanism. He had me look at the handle to see if it was damaged, it was not. He responded quickly to my calls and emails with understanding and patience. I also spoke to another very helpful lady at Dreamline. It was a painful process but Home Depot was great! I love my beautiful, sturdy, barn door shower doors! The quality is wonderful, just a rare quirk it broke. It cleans very easily with squeegee and microfiber cloth. Looks high end. I highly recommend Dreamline, especially with Andrew taking care of you! I think they may all be wonderful in my experience. We have been waiting and saving to update our master bath. We were very happy with the ease of ordering online with home delivery. When the truck came and someone forgot to put the parcel on the truck. Things happen, no big deal. Rescheduled, and it was delivered.

High quality product. Two people required as stated. Installation experience reccomended. I was able to install with only assistance panel placement. I think instructions could have been simplified to be clearer. Example: Caulk base of stationary panel prior to hanging rolling panel.

dangerous quality

My shower exploded during installation. It blew up and crumbled to thousand pieces while my contractor was holding it. He got multible cuts on hands and arms. It would have cut his arm off if wasn’t for the temper glass crumbled up. I am horrified by this. Make it worse Lowes refused to take it back even it’s still in returned period. I have to compensate the worker for injury and fee for the installation on top of $900 for the door. Don’t even think about this door

Not as easy to install as you are lead to believe

The instructions highly recommend that this product be professionally installed. And it is definitely a two-person installation. Every part, with the exception of the glass, has one or more set screws that are tightened with all different sized allen wrenches. The wrenches are provided but, 5 hours later, I got pretty tired of tightening and loosening set screws! The instructions included are written for multiple models so I had to sift through looking, page by page, for the instructions that pertained to me. Some of the instructions were unclear and the phone number provided had me on hold over 45 minutes each time (I put the project down until I could confirm with the mfg - I tried calling 3 times). This product also requires a completely straight and square installation space. My installation was on a tub with tile walls. My walls were off by 1/8" over 5'. The tub was off by the same amount in a different direction. Both showed "within bubble" on the level, but it needed to be exact for this product's fixed wall. I had a bit of caulking to do to address that. Overall, the instructions required that I assemble the fixed panel with the glide rod attached, put it into place and level it so I could mark my drilling locations for mounting. (One person has to hold it in place while the other marks). I then had to remove the fixed panel and set it aside in order to drill the mounting holes. I then had to assemble the rolling door, put it in the tub, carefully, before I reinstalled the fixed panel. The bathroom space was challengingly small requiring one of us to step over a toilet on one side and the other to carefully maneuver around the resting door panel in the tub in order to get the fixed panel in place. A thousand set screws later, we were able to install the door and finish the installation. Start to finish including reading the instructions multiple times, about 7 hours.

The box is heavy...I suggest a helper when taking delivery of the unit. We moved it into my house a piece at a time. I have suction cups but really didn't need them for the install. Install took two of us about 4 hours. Patience is a virtue with the installation. Many measurements and rechecking for level during the course of the install. Now that its in, im really very impressed with the quality. The handle is thin and hollow, but all the rest of the hardware is burly and seems of high quality. The door just literally glides along the track...effortless and so very silky smooth! Great addition to my little bathroom renovation.

I love the style of this door. I was doing a complete bathroom remodel and the shower is the centerpiece. This is a beautiful, well-made door and I have received many compliments. I originally ordered this item through a different store and was informed it broke in shipping and the replacement would not arrive for 8 weeks. Then I was so pleased to find it on overstock for almost $200 less... and it arrived only a few days after I placed my order! I couldn't be happier with my purchase, glad I didn't spend the money on a custom door.
