Perfect replacement I’m handicapped and this door will help as well as tile replacement and bathroom remodel

Installation was a nightmare. I had this installed by a highly skilled professional high rise maintenance engineer who has over 30 years of experience in installing and repairing different types of equipment and fixtures, and it took him about 8 hours and extreme frustration to complete the install. The instructions are nearly useless. Many of the steps don't make sense or clearly and simply lay out that actions that should be taken, and critical things that should have been mentioned in the steps were not. The pictures in the instructions were extremely confusing. The frame post that holds the door is flimsy as it only comes with 3 screws. In order for it to hold firmly and not move whenever the door is opened and closed, a fourth screw had to be drilled through the aluminum frame. The vinyl seal strip & plastic end caps are garbage and slide out of place every single time they door is cleaned or wiped. The magnet for the strike jamb was supposed to be glued in place, but the glue didn't hold so the magnet was constantly sliding out of place during install. The finished product looks decent but the sturdiness is sub-par, as is the design.

Returning - Flimsy Door

I'm a professional bathroom remodeler. Normally I don't buy cheap materials because they end up being more expensive at the end of the day. This door reinforces that notion.

The only thing I don't like about this shower door is the fact that it does not shed water as advertised. I'm going to have to get a squeegee. It's already badly spotted.Our water is only moderately hard. Other than that, I like the door.

Beautiful Sturdy Shower Upgrade

This is a very attractive door that really enhances our shower and bathroom. As it turned out, our shower opening was perhaps 34-1/8" and we were at its limits for good fit, so measure very carefully. It's also a heavy door, so I recommend having a helper to assist getting it aligned and mounted.

Hung it by myself is only a few hours. Super...

Hung it by myself is only a few hours. Super smooth and feels solid. Been up for a few weeks and no issues. Even comes with a nail polish bottle of touch up in case it has any scratches... I didn't need mine but nice to have.
