- Defective parts, slow shipment of replacement parts, wrong replacement parts shipped followed by slow shipment of correct parts.
Love this shower kit. It is very spacious. Install is a two person job because of the weight of the glass. My husband is a very good handyman and was able to install on his own, with some lifting help when needed. If you are not comfortable doing this type of work, it should be hired out. Great product. Delivery was good and on time.

The glass panels on the unit are THICK and heavy. Came well packaged and arrived ahead of schedule during the holidays! Will update once in.

The glass is pretty thick and the instruction is easy to follow. I can feel the different between the old 38" vs the new 40" shower. I love it.

Ease of installation was much easier than expected and did not require a whole lot of specialized skills. The quality of all of the materials was over my expectations.

Love the shower; beautiful and sturdy. Installation looked daunting, but actually was very easy. My only disappointment was the size. The advertised 38"x38" is the shower pan size, not the shower stall size. The shower stall is 2" smaller, 36"x36".
