I purchased this chair a couple of months ago. It is holding up well and is very comfortable, I work from home and this has been a great addition to my office. Would recommend!

High quality, superior comfort and height range!

Was looking for a counter height chair for a new craft room desk I built. This chair was exactly what I was looking for. Rolls around super easily with little effort. Very easy to assemble. One thing to note, if you get the chrome footrest, it comes in. Separate box with its own cylinder. Use this one when assembling the chair. A cylinder also comes standard in the box with the chair, but that one is not needed if you are assembling the ring footrest option. The directions did not specify that. I will keep the other as a backup in case the original one fails. The chair is super high and sturdy and perfect for taller worksurfaces!!!!

Right sized and comfortable for a big guy!

Easy to assemble. The chair is the right height for working at a countertop height home set up. At 6'5" and 250lbs the chair feels comfortable. Cushion is durable and comfortable even after three months of daily use. The vinyl material does hold heat and tends to get warm. Overall very pleased with this purchase.

can't assemble

The assembly instructions that arrived with it appear to be for a different model chair. I have not been able to assemble the chair and am very disappointed!

It's a nice chair for someone. I ended up sending mine back. It felt as if it pushes you forward a bit. Height was great. I also wanted a little wider seat.

Easy to put together, except...

I put this drafting chair together within less than 30 minutes, but was disappointed that it didn't reach the height I needed. I had a black cylindrical piece that was "extra" because it wasn't mentioned in the directions. I knew it had to be part of the chair, but had trouble figuring out where to put it. Some days later when I returned to the problem of my chair that didn't elevate as much as I wanted, I looked at the picture and realized that the black, metal cylinder piece fits directly into the 5 legged base and the rest of the chair goes on top of it. Strange that this detail was not mentioned in the instructions, but something gets lost in translation between here and China. Anyway, I'm happy with the chair and it functions as expected. Thanks, Overstock!

Black drafting stool

I was looking for a good chair my husband could use at his garage work bench. This chair is pretty well built and reasonably priced. It is the perfect height. He also has VR glasses for apps on his phone. This chair turns 360 degrees so works great for that too. The only small downside is that the assembly instructions were incomplete. But, he easily figured out where to put the part that was not listed.

Great Chair

Needed a chair that seated high for I am a tall person and this chair hit the mark. Works great, comfortable, easy to assemble and does perform well. The one thing I wish it had was a lock on one of the wheels so I could lock it in place. Overall Very nice chair.

This chair is HUGE

Seems to be a nice chair, but it is so freaking HUGE that i think it was made for a giant. I got it because I thought it would be comfy... its just ok for comfort. I am 5'8" and my husband is 5'11. I cant get up in it.. its that big.... Hubby says he feels dwarfed in it. I would guess that its made for someone well over 6 feet

Decent for price; missing some instructions

The drafting stool arrived with assembly directions for the task chair height. There were 3 extra pieces to sort out -- 1) the foot rest; 2) a metal height extension piece; 3) the plastic cover for the back rest hardware. We sort of figured it out, and I'm including this for anyone else stumped:,
