The chair itself is great. Sturdy and adjustible just as listed. It could be packaged better for shipping as both the original chair and replacement were very scratched up on arrival with parts sticking out of the box.

Great support. The mesh makes it super Breathable. The back of the chair is not too far back to where the back of your knees are hitting the seat of the chair. Husband assembled in about 20 minutes. Another great thing about this chair, which I searched for hours for, is that the height goes up more than most.
After a few months of daily use the mesh you sit on will start to sag. This causes the outer edge of the chair to "cut" into your legs. Bolts come loose often causing a squeaking noise.

High quality chair that's comfortable and is pretty affordable compared to the other options here. It was super easy to assemble and looks as promised
Only drawback so far are the armrests. They were too far forward, so I intentionally installed them backwards in order to have them closer to the back rest. It looks a little silly but they are far more usable this way as I am often leaning back. Other than that, very happy with the comfort and adjustable options. Im just under 6 ft tall and the headrest is just right for me

The chair meets most of my expectations. My only issue is that the bottom seat area seems to be getting loose. It sags more than it did when I first got it. Other than that the chair is comfortable.

This chair is a very excellent value. You get more than you pay for. I only gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because some of the materials are a bit on the cheaper side, particularly the arm rests. It's amazing that they are adjustable, but that makes the a little bit loose too.
