Defective parts, rude customer service
Air jets were nonfunctional when we hooked up the tub. The Hydro Systems customer service representative was extremely condescending and rude, but did send a replacement control panel which got the jets functioning. However, the first time using the tub it was clear that either it does not have a heater or the heater is not functioning, because the air it blows is cold! It is also so loud that it is hard to hear myself think. I’m out over $3k and have an essentially unusable air jet system.
