Backyard beauty
This pergola is awesome. it took multiple days to assemble, but we ordered the biggest size. Some of the items came dented/scratched, the seller is very responsive and offered a partial refund or replacements. I love the privacy shade, its helped block the afternoon sun and keeps our house cooler.
GREAT BUY!
We don t have a big backyard so we wanted to make the most of our space. This beautiful pergola instantly elevated our backyard experience. We combined this pergola with a modern patio set and the combination is amazing! This pergola is adjustable and completely shades from the sun. The material is very strong and holds up really well. It s been two months now since we bought it and it still looks brand new! Highly recommended.
WORTH THE WAIT!
This took 2 people approx 6.5 hours to install (spread over two evenings). All the pieces were there, tho we did have to wait a week for the final box to arrive.But we did and it looks great and is well worth the money. Very pleased with the transaction as a whole and so excited to use the pergola this fall!
very pleased with the quality
I was pleased that key pieces of the louver mechanism come already installed on the frame. A third person is very helpful when assembling the frame. You also should have a drill with screwdriver attachments to make it easier.

Everything fit and no damage. Solid. Avoided drilling into concrete.olor matched perfectly with pots and house. Easy directions. Nice to have extra parts. Very satisfied with purchase.

Good product - with great customer service
The product is good and sturdy. Had an issue with the solar panel and B&B customer service was quick to re-ship the necessary part. The pergola looks great and increases the beauty of the backyard. It took us 2 days to complete the project because of the heat wave in TN in August.

It's beautiful and easy to handle and steady, I love it, quality is great and easy to symble but need at least 4 people to symble
Modern looks but lights don't all work
It is a beast to install - plan on hiring a min of 3 people. It looks very nice! We have 2 sections where the LED lights aren't working and 1 screen that doesn't go down all the way. I've spoken with customer service and waiting to hear back on a solution.

Absolutely beautiful! I'm so happy with ordering this pergola. The quality is great, the louvers work very well and the shades feel like great quality when you're pulling them down and pushing them back up! I would highly recommend!

Exceeded Expectations! LOVE IT!
It is delivered freight in 5 large boxes. Took two adults about 8 hours to fully build. Instructions aren't great but not super difficult to figure out. Solid quality and sturdy feeling. Love the finished result. Louvers closed does shield from rain and drain down the posts as advertised.
Excellent Product
This pergola is simply amazing and light weight and easy to install. I hired a pro to install this which not specifically needed as it's easy to install and light weighted. I rate this product 4/5. Bed bath beyond offers 20% coupon for new customer that saves lot of money. Over all nice product and worth buying.

Love this pergola ... the louvers offer flexibility of sun exposure as do the screens. everything functions smoothly and overall look is great. Neighbors and family are all envious and want their own LOL. Ours did come delivered with some damages but we opted to keep it anyway since BB&B was willing to work with us and the issues are mainly cosmetic. So long as rain is not coming at an angle it does stay dry underneath. Screens help protect from low morning sun and offer privacy from outsiders while allowing us to see out. Took about 6 hrs at leisurely pace for 2 men to fully assemble
Our outdoor zen place!
We are so in love with our louvered pergola!! It is sturdy and the screens are an added plus! keeps the bugs out and gives us some privacy in our backyard.

That was a great purchase!! The canopy is amazing. It took couple of hours to installed, but it worth it!! We can enjoy our deck with sun or rain!! Love it! I really enjoy it!!!🥰
