Somewhat easy to assemble.. took couple hours. Sleek and love it.. only thing, wish it had a remote

Looks great! Fireplace shorted out on first use.

Just got this put together on Monday, looks great but fireplace shorted out on first use, started smoking then stopped working. Flame works but the heat does not. Reached out to the company and hoping to get fireplace insert replaced. If it wasn’t for that I would give a 4 star rating.

Tv fireplace

Great item but lots of pieces. Had it assembly by Walmart . If would did on my own it would still be in the book but beautiful

The product is fair quality with very little features. No remote. The one good thing is the heat that it produces. Takes the chill off. I wish I had looked for one with all the bells and whistles. This does not offer that.

Never received!

Apparently the seller I purchased from was a fraud. My item got delivered to a city that was 2 hours away from me but the invoice weight was only 3 pounds. So it was a scam from the get go. However, Walmart did refund my purchase and the seller has been removed. I do believe this would've been a beautiful piece.

Never Received Item

Ships from a third party seller and they messed everything up. Address was wrong and name and correct address didn’t get attached to FedEx label. Because of this, FedEx couldn’t help me track down my package. Walmart was able to give me refund but frustrating nonetheless.

The heater died in 1 year :(

The heater part died 13months after purchase. I have several heaters and they have lasted several years. When I called customer service, they could only offer an apology and that I would need to pay for a replacement, but that they have none is stock and do not know when they might. So they asked to keep calling every 4 weeks. Very disappointing.

Flimsy piece of furniture.

After hours of assembly, nothing matched up. The doors looked the worst. Very flimsy piece of furniture. Was able to return it to the store without a problem.

GREAT purchase!

It looks beautiful in my relatives living room. The color is beautiful %26 really good quality. Love that you can turn on the “fire” without it heating just for a nice view AND you may turn on the heater which heats up really fast! We LOVE IT!

missing fireplace

delivered to wrong address. then fireplace (2nd box) didn't arrive after 1 week. then Walmart said they couldn't replace the missing fireplace. Walmart rep hung up the phone on me when I said I could get the cabinet part weighing over 100 pounds into my car to return it. a refund was issued and Walmart told me to keep the cabinet which I don't want without the fireplace. Poor service, bad attitude. I can buy same thing elsewhere, but not at the Black Friday price I paid...now it costs $200 more.

Great product especially for the price.

I really like this produce. It is a bit of a challenge to put together--definitely need 2 people.

Deep gashes on top of the tv stand, otherwise okay

The assembly instructions were easy to follow so it was pretty straight forward to build. Unfortunately, there were a few very obvious, deep gashes on the top of the unit, however, I was able to conceal the defect with a black marker, sound bar and TV. This shouldn't have been necessary, but I wasn't interested in putting all the pieces back in the box and messing with the return process. Overall it's a nice, sturdy unit and it works as intended, but 3 stars for the serious defect.

Love this!

This electric fireplace is so pretty and cozy! Living on the Gulf Coast, we chose not to build a fireplace during house construction. This is cozy %26 perfect on cooler days/evenings

Waste of money

Over priced for the trash that it is. I've had mine for 3 years and I'm constantly pounding the joints back into place. The middle "support" board is to tall so its now bend and broken. Assembly was easy but if you dare buy this garbage USE YOUR OWN SCREWS. Those circular IKEA style locking joints do not hold. They come loose constantly. Squeeze some Locktite in every connecting point. Its pretty but not even made of decent material. Just spend the extra money and get something of quality. I've had buyers remorse since the first month of owning.

A Good Purchase

This white oak fireplace TV stand has a stylish design and is well made. It goes together well and is a heavy, sturdy piece of furniture. The fireplace provides adequate heat and a peaceful ambience.

It's ok

Put the doors on wrong first time. And the instructions tell you to put top on before the insert goes in. I didn't and it was much easier that way

It's one of the best things I've ever bought myself. The fireplace makes it even better!!

Difficult instructions

The instructions were not detailed enough. put doors backwards because of bad instructions. Also not great structure for holding television.

The stand is great, delivery sucked

I have Been wanting one of these fireplace tv stands! It was delivered by Fed Ex so I’m almost certain this got thrown carelessly around in transit as it had a large scratch in it. Also if you live in an apartment, on the second floor and above, be prepared for Fed Ex to drop the package at the base of your stairs on the first floor. You gotta figure out how to get a 100 lb package up to your apartment.
