fedex did not deliver all the parts

I purchased this expensive desk for Walmart to tell me it was lost in transit. Then I get home one day and there is a box that's all ripped apart and taped together left on the side of my garage. I finally decided to put it together and there are many parts missing.

Its just an extension for your desk, i ordered the “executive dessk, but the extension design was too big on it.

Sauder is heavy!

I bought this to go on the Sauder Executive Desk that Office Depot has in stock. It does not fit that desk. I had to go online to Sauder directly to get the proper desk. Very important to read the fine print on this return.

I never received a whole order

The dust did not arrive complete it’s only a partial of it.

Disappointed

Was really disappointed to see that I could not also get the Executive desk that goes with this return kit on Walmart.com. I accidently ordered the return kit and when I realized it, I went to order the rest of the desk (the Executive desk) and it was not there.....Why would you sell a return kit online but not the desk? Ended up just asking for a refund and will buy something else elsewhere.

Gave the extra space needed

This is a nice addition to the computer desk, gives me all desk space I need

misleading(picture does not reflect correct image)

This is only one part of the L shaped desk...Picture is misleading and unless you read the entire description and understand that it is only one part, this will waste your money. I should have taken the time to read the reviews....Unfortunately I disposed of the packaging before I tried assembly, so I can't return it either. The executive desk that is needed with is sold separately but now it is out of stock for the next two months. Wasted money. In my opinion, this furniture piece itself should not have been listed separately. It should have been sold as a set. If at all, provide a warning if someone tries to order this by itself or suggest ordering the related furniture needed.

Its not same as the picture

I bought this product, opened it, and found this was not the product that was shown on the website or on top of the box. This is a Return Kit which means that with this product you can make The Sauder Heritage Hill 65" W Double Pedestal Desk (Item# 576868) into an L shape format. This product does not give you the whole table rather an extender kit which does not include the drawers.

Works well if you don't use a keyboard/mouse.

Overall the return kit was easy to install and fits well to the desk. The #1 problem is that the keyboard tray is too small and the mouse tray wasn't designed correctly. For example, if you install the return kit on the left of the desk and want to use the mouse tray, you will hit the desk drawer after pulling it open about 2 inches. It is a very bad design. I had to replace the tray with a wider one that would fit my keyboard and mouse.

Issues

We ordered this and it came, we were accused refusing it. Seeing that it was a Mother's Day present, I DON'T THINK SO! Then we ordered it again, it was delivered. Upon assembly of the various parts, I found the instruction booklet was lacking on proper sequencing. I rewrote the parts that were out of sequence and managed to assemble the kit. Also, the numbering on the wood parts was missing on key components. I lettered the parts and managed to assemble the kit.

Only a partial part of the desk was sold to me.

Bought the desk cause it showed on line it was a complete desk,But it was only partial desk. Very disappointed.

Poorly design

I bought this a week ago, but there are many missing items in the package.

Advertisement misleading

Purchased what we thought was the full desk based on the advertisement and received a return kit only.

Not all that it was advertised

I purchased the return desk, which I thought was a L shaped desk. Only to find it was an extension. The web site showed a picture of it being compatible with The Double-Pedestal Desk. I bought the desk and there was no way to connect the return kit to it. I’m not happy and probably will not recommend this furniture

just bought new desk this year to spruce up an older office and was so glad this line still available to put in it, we love this line, looks great and holds up well

Worst Purchase Ever

Worst purchase ever, no assembly instructions included. Very difficult to assemble especially when all parts were not included.
