So far so good

We purchased this in Sep 2024 for about $380. Picked it up from the local Home Depot. The instructions were very clear. We already had all the tools we needed. However, if you don’t have tools, you may need to do a little research. We watched a couple videos on YouTube before hand anyway just to make sure we did it right. It’s been about a month now, and it’s held up well. If I can update this review in a year I will.

It is a delightful and classy additional to my single bathroom in my small home I've been renovating. I received many compliments on it. Unfortunately, getting a provider to install it through HP's PRO service was futile and frustrating. More installers want to handle the project from start to finish mostly to ensure the space is properly measured, so by my buying it independently, it seemed to cause a lot of issues.

We purchased this item about 3 weeks ago and installed it within a week. Aesthetically it looks great with good quality, HOWEVER, I would not recommend this item. The shower partition does not come with a bottom track that extends the whole way across the bottom of the door so the door can sit on it for stability. It does come with (3) 2" tracks and according to the directions, it's optional to drill the third track into the tub for that extra base support. Within a week of installing, it shattered because someone had accidentally bumped into it and it slid into the tub because it did not have a track at the base. Now we have to repurchase from another business and have someone come back and reinstall with extra support. If you purchase, just be certain to add a base track in addition to the instructions it provides, otherwise, you may lose your door to someone accidentally bumping it or a child accidentally pulling on it. We're glad no one was in the tub at the time of the incident and no one was hurt.
