It's very pretty in person and the material is soft. It's good quality but it started to unravel right away. I was able to secure it but I don't know if it will last.

This product arrive very dirty and left a layer of dirt across my floor. I believe this was used as an outdoor rug and returned then given to me. Very dirty. Easy return through Home Depot and they worked very well with me!

Chunky rug is a great look

I love my new chunky jute rug. I was a bit worried the doors wouldn't open but it is perfect. I get that chunky look but both front and closet doors open above it with no problem. The color looks fantastic against my hardwood floors and the size is perfect for in front of my front door. It also give my living room a warm feel with added texture. I did notice an odor to the rug when I opened it, but on the first warm dry day that quickly went away.

Good traditional jute rug

Nice quality and came as expected. It was a little more brown than the look I was hoping for so I am returning for a softer material that is more neutral/cream in color. If you are looking for a traditional Jute rug, this is a nice version for the price

Rug was better than I thought it would be. Ivory color was a bit darker than pictured.

Gorgeous

Quality is amazing, no shedding and the color light but lovely. It reminds me the high end rug that looks almost the same but triple the price.

Looks a mess

I have had this rug for 3 years. It was great in the beginning but after about a month it started to come apart in many places. Now 3 years later it is frayed in many places and looks a mess.

Looks good but seems very dry. Fibers come out everytime it’s walked on. Tried to vacuum but it pulled threads out and I had to tuck them back in. Very brittle. Do not recommend for indoors.

Terrible Trip Hazard

Unfortunately this rug is a significant safety issue. I wasn't able to see this but the rug is "folded" under on 2 of the edges creating a big lip that is really easy to trip over. There's no way of fixing it unless you deconstruct the rug and see if it will lay flat. Really sad because otherwise it's a pretty rug.

Pile is much thicker than advertised

Purchased for our entry mudroom. I actually really like the rug and seems of good quality for the price. However, while it is advertised as .4 pile height, the edge weaves are too thick to fit under the .75 gap under our doors, so I’ll be returning.

Nice and chunky
