Great bathroom scales for a surprisingly low price

These scales are nice looking and they work great. I like how large and clear the number of pounds or kilos appear on the screen, and the batteries are easily accessible and easy to change.

Works perfect and has tons of features.

This scale is on point for weight, but also with the app you get so much information about yourself it is mind boggling. Definitely much better than I expected. Thank you, I give it 5 stars.

I’ve had my scales for years now and it still as trusty as when I bought it. Sleek design that makes it easy to store in my bathroom and the glass makes it easy to clean. My only gripe is that sometimes my weight doesn’t seem to be accurate/consistent. I will step on with clothes and it will be the same weight even if I took the clothes off. Other than that, great durable product

Highly recommend this scale! It’s very accurate (I know because my weight is the same at the doctors every time) holds batter power for a long time which is amazing. I love how it’s a digital light up scale and is pretty big but not heavy. It’s very affordable as well.

Yours might be inaccurate; about 5 lbs off

Without fail, the first time I weigh myself that day, it says one thing. Step on again, and it's something else (usually 1-2 lbs heavier) and if i keep reweighing myself, it stays at the second weight.

nice scale, but does not work for me

I'm probably going to return this. The reading does not have a delay factor. As a result any slight change in your stance or shifting weight between feet, etc, results in the readout changing. For me, I have issues with my balance and cannot stand perfectly still. I catch the numbers changing quickly across a range of about 5 different weights and pick a number in between. This just does not work for me. The scale is nice, large, very thin and easily tucks away, the digital readout is large with good back-lighting so it is very easy to read. The only drawback is the immediate weight display that is extremely sensitive to any slight changes.

Great digital scale

My old digital scale stopped working and I just wanted a similar scale to replace it. I was surprised to see how many scales can allegedly measure body fat composition and track other things with associated apps. While this scale may have more capabilities, I use it just to weigh myself and it works great and is easy to read. Be sure to calibrate it the first time by partially stepping on it until the zeros appear, then step on it to weigh yourself. After that, it seems to stay consistent and accurate.

Simply wonderful scale

It gives me the same weight on both a level surface, as well as a slightly uneven surface. (However, you should not use it on a rug.) Also, the reading is brightly lit, and is in large numbers. It does not do anything fancy, such as BMI, and you do not need to reset it. You just step on and off of it, for easy-to-read and accurate weight.

Not as advertised

Scales that I previously purchased had cheap, small, plastic feet that break off. So I purchased this one based on the fact that the feet where wide and square (see ad photo), however when it arrived it had these small, round plastic feet!! (See photo).

Walker accessible.

Perfect product. I need a walker to get around. With this scale, I am able to walk up to it, place my walker over it and-because it is so thin-step onto the scale without tripping. While I and my walker are over the scale, I can then momentarily release my hands from the walker and get an accurate weight reading. The size of the scale makes the process fast, safe and accurate. I was never able to feel that way about my 25 year old clunker of a scale.

Easy to use with high ratings

I did a fair amount of research before purchasing this scale. I consistently found many 5 star reviews for it, and so I ordered it. I am quite pleased with it. I wanted a basic digital scale without all the "bells and whistles" to keep track of my weight for health reasons. This particular model is just that. It is very user friendly. The first time you use it, just step on to the scale and it will give you a weight. Step off the scale, and it will indicate a "C" for calibrating after taking your initial weight. Just wait for the "C" to disappear, step back on to the scale, and it will give you your correct weight. It's that easy. The only con I would mention is that the surface area of the scale is not very large. My foot size is 11 (men). My feet fit OK on the scale, but without much extra room. I have to really watch where my feet go when I step on to the scale to make sure they are centered well on the scale. But otherwise, I am very happy with the scale and I definitely recommend it.

[Rewarded Review] Simple

This was my first experience with Etekcity digital body weight scale. The scale came in a package with directions and two resistance bands. The directions are straightforward and easy to understand. The scale is very well made and is extremely easy to use. All you have to do just step on it, and it is on. I am a little disappointed because it doesn't have a memory for a second person and doesn’t have any other measurements, but it is perfect for people who just use it to measure their weight. Very simple, easy to use; the screen lights up blue, so it is easy to see in the dark. This specific model does not have a Bluetooth connection or any other body measurements( besides the weight one)

Accuracy Plus and Minus

This scale is too quick to measure and stubbornly resists variation. I weigh every morning using this scale and a Taylor scale. The Etekcity will quickly display a weight close or same weight as the Taylor. I'll not eat then exercise lightly. The Etek will go to the same weight, the Taylor will go .2 lower. The Taylor however is more sensitive to how you step on it, too much so actually. I suggest using both and divide the difference.

Relatively minor inaccuracy issue.

I bought this scale as the reviews said it was very accurate. Ive only had it for a couple of weeks, so the jury is still out. It appears to be of good quality, has a nice sleek design, and works. I give this unit four stars instead or five, due the relatively minor accuracy inconsistencies. Daily, I weigh myself multiple times, one right after the other, recalibrating in between, in an effort to get an accurate reading. About 50% of the time, the results are consistent, exactly the same or within a couple of tenths of a pound. However, at other times the results vary by as much as two pounds...188.4 then 190.3 for example.

works great and accurate reading

Love that this scale is lower than most so I can put it right in front of my linen closet door, which is one of the only level spots in my bathroom, and I don't have to move it out of the way every time I open the door because the door opens right over it. The height also makes it easy for me to get onto and not wobble. Just step on and it comes right on and in seconds, there's your weight. I tried my old trick of weighing myself a few times standing at different positions on the scale but it gives consistent readings no matter where I stand. There's no cheating with this scale. It's very accurate!! Really great scale.

I bought a Taylor digital scale at Walmart but it was worse than the Etekcity as the readings were all over the place. I need a good scale.

The readings are very suspect. I got a reading of 204.6 and it just stayed at that weight for several days which doesn't make a lot of sense. Then I took the batteries out and put them back in to reset it and then it gave me readings of 203.2 for 5 out of 6 days. Then I tried resetting it again yesterday and got readings of 206.2 and 204.2. I tried resetting it again today and put the scale in several different spots on our tile floor where it is flat and I got readings from 205.4 to 207.4. At this point I have no idea of what I really weigh.
