High quality and chic fixture

Just recently I had this faucet "installed" and I absolutely love everything about this faucet. She is beautiful, well constructed, a joy to use, and definitely a complement to my kitchen. Some people complained about the smudges yes, but not big deal. My biggest complain is that I had to hire a plumber @ $200/hr only to discover a part was missing that securely holds the faucet in place. He tried to use a similar part that looks like a horseshoe but ended up leaving the faucet slightly wobbly. I called Grohe to request the missing part but as kind as the apologies were the plumber will have to return to install the missing part. I have no idea how much more they will charge me besides the $400 I already paid. $800 for a missing part. Someone had one job - to make sure all the parts are included.
Fabulous Faucet. Have had it installed now for several months and it functions as good as it looks.
Not worth $1,200
Looks great, but the sprayer button won't stay locked after only two weeks of using it! Can't get a hold of anyone who could help me fix this issue.
Part Issues no water flow.
I have two of these faucets in my kitchen/Island. They look great and the finishes are excellent. The parts inside give you issues with the water flow. They start by making some noise and you have to push the spray in order to get some water. I have called twice already, and they have sent me replacement parts, but the problem starts again after a year of use. Both of my faucets do not work properly, and they are only 5 years old.
Looks great
This faucet is definitely industrial looking - and definitely BIG. Also very solid. Looks great but you need the right kitchen for it (for starters no upper cabinets over the sink). I would give it 5 stars but haven't installed it yet so don't know how it will work. The rating is only based on looks.
Beautiful faucet, modern and high end, great water flow.. only complaint is no matching pot filler. I had to go with another brand for the pot filler. I receive many compliments, just love the geometric vibe!
