Beautiful bench Awsome color very sturdy... feels very comfortable to sit on...looks very inviting to sit on. Love it!

Great looking two toned bench, easy to assemble, weather proof and nice quality, not heavy but works fine, looking great at my garden, 3 of us in my family can easily sit on it. Happy that I got these chair

Love this! I added a long cushion and pillows to make it more comfortable. I also store it during the winter months to prevent rusting at the screws. Easy to put together on your own.

Arrived damaged. A piece of the metal was broken off (on left side of photo). It was not in the box so it was packaged that way. I have pillows in front of that spot but it did create a very sharp edge where it broke off. I didn't realize it until I had put the whole thing together and since I was going to use pillows I just decided to keep it. I also don't recall if I bought this as an open box item but I'm happy with the price.

For now just 3 stars. I just received it last week and put it together last night. It is a pretty bench, but I wasn't impressed by the metal pieces are the coming together of the joints of the bench. Small gaps exist and the screws never really seemed to be tight even though I waited till the end to tighten everything. I don't know that I trust the quality of this piece for long-term durability, strength and the ability to withstand the weather. We'll see, but as of now, not overly impressed with the quality of this bench. I guess time will tell.....

I recently finished my new landscaping and was so excited to display my new Plow and Hearth Blooming Garden Metal Bench. It arrived damaged as the photo shows. The ornate metal back was broken in two places, the bench had several scratches on the metal seat, and the leg insert was also broken. The outside carton was clearly damaged. Total disappointment!!!

This replaced a dated heavy iron bench with wood that I maintained over many years. We get a ton of wind in our back yard, so always felt I needed something that wouldn't be tipped over or blown away. The old one was fairly dreary and I finally gave it away and replaced it with this. Less maintenance and looks nice. I will cover it in the winter. No issues with wind to date and easily put it together!

A group of female friends came together to purchase this bench for a member of our clan who had lost her grandson. She has placed it on her property near a tree where Christian spent a lot of time chilling out. It is a wonderful memorial!

Pretty but not comfortable

I am long legged so my legs hang over the beach seat, as its only about 15" deep. The back makes you sit upright so it feels a little awkward. The bench looks great but it's not very practical for actually using. I'll likely return it.

This item arrived with multiple breaks to the decorative back piece. Do not purchase this item! Completely unacceptable. It was clear that it had been repackaged as only one small piece was wrapped with the original zip ties.

Poor craftsmanship

The bench is about one month old. We had a light rain and the bench is showing rust. Tomorrow it will be returned. It was missing the screws and washers necessary for assembly. I went to Ace to purchase the hardware to assemble the unit. I will replace it but from another manufacturer.

Overall very poor quality bench

Very disappointed. The overall quality of the bench is very poor. The bench is not as pictured, it's two tone brushed bronze, not the solid bronze color pictured in my order. The holes don't line up for the screws and need to be re-drilled The scrollwork on the backrest has very rough edges which all need to be sanded to smooth them, otherwise people using the bench will get scratched or clothing will snag. The bench is flimsy, in my opinion it won't last more than a few years. I will make this work because return shipping is so expensive, but I am extremely disappointed with the quality from plow and hearth and overstock.

beautiful piece took us less than 10 min to put it together. looks so good in our front garden. we had a wood bench that was 12 years old that had been too weathered to be refinished,or safe. love the antiqued color. thanks

A great find from Overstock

What a pleasant surprise to get everything in one package (beauty, sturdiness, great price and easy to assemble. My Husband took a ride just to admire the bench on our front porch. That says it all because he is not easily impressed.

I love the bench which I paid to have put together. There is one flaw where the arms would not allow the screw to fit flush leaving a gap in the fittings. The left side has a tighter fit. I hope this does not affect the weight allowance or wearing of the bench. The installer did a great job with what he had to work with explaining as he worked.

This bench IS STURDY for my purpose. I do not agree with other reviews that this bench is not sturdy for at least 2 full adults to sit comfortably. I do like the combination of dark and lighter bronze color of the bench. It is a good accent to our backyard. The actual depth of the bench is more than what is shown om the dimensional diagram. It was VERY EASY to assemble.

Perfect for front porch

Bench was easy to assemble! It's sturdy and I love that the back has 2 different colors. I don't remember noticing that when I bought it. It is comfortable, and a nice spot for deliveries.

Attractive and Pleasing, Solid and Strong

The light weight chairs on my front patio kept blowing off this past winter. So I opt to get a sturdy metal bench that looks attractive and pleasing. The assembly of the bench was simple and straightforward. It is solid and strong to sit on. It looks great and is just what I had in mind for my front patio.
