Works well, doesn’t stick. Has a removable bottom/centre piece which makes it much more user friendly.
Angel food cake pan
It is gift, so I haven’t used it. . I was surprised that it isn’t as tall as my 60 year old angel food pan. It is still going strong! I hope the angel food cake mix will fit into the pan.

Misleading name, to use, of pan.
This is called an Angel Food Cake Pan but after buying it and the cake not rising like it did with my aluminum pan I then read that one of the big no no's is DO NOT USE A NOT STICK PAN lol Maybe this would be great for other cakes but being a novice baker this was a waste of my money. Not Canadian Tire's fault but the manufacturer,

I've tried the silicon one and not worth it as it won't last long, this one is much better and the cake comes out of the oven like pro.
