Brittle, super heavy, junk

I’ve worked for bathroom installation companies for years and this is the worst product I’ve ever had to deal with. It is really heavy really brittle and really flexible and it shouldn’t be all of those those together. The systems break really easy and you do not want to waste your time I won’t ever Install one of these again, no matter what somebody asks or pays me.

Product was relatively easy to work with. Very attractive look. Product description indicated that it would come with adhesive, but it did not. Home Depot helped make it right.

Shipping was on time and product was packaged well. Very attractive. Our contractor has not installed it yet so I am curious to hear his thoughts.

The installer only had a small problem with the corner pieces. He was trying to find a good adhesive, which would bond to the surround panels. Other than that, it went up easily and it looks quite clean and smooth.

Was missing a trim strip and all 4 of the caulk tubes.

No adhesive received.

The panels are good but I did not receive any adhesive for attaching them. Contacted the company 4 months ago and still have not heard from them.

The walls were packaged very well to eliminate damage to product. Looked good and very pleased with product.

Not for amateurs to install but great product. Mildew resistant great longevity for rentals. No problems with grout getting compromised or getting cuts from sharpness of tile on skin.

[Rewarded Review] Lowe's provide little help in locating my order

The shower surround seems like it is made from quality material. When I received mine it did not contain all of the items listed as part of the kit. Specifically it did not include the adhesive that was listed on the box as part of the kit. Lowe's was no help in resolving the problem except providing the phone number for the seller. It was up to me to contact them and get the missing parts. In addition there were several delay in receiving the order. Ordered on 8/15/23 it was promised on the 23rd, then postponed to the 31st, finally arrived on the 9th of October. The most frustrating part of the process was that neither I nor Lowe's could track the shower. They couldn't tell me where it was until finally an enterprising employee told me it was sitting on a truck in the parking lot. I made several trips to the Morgantown Lowe's (35 miles) dealing with this problem. Summary, Lowe's tracking system leaves much to be desired.

The shower walls are 1/4 inch thick material, very solid, a little heavy when you have to carry them up stairs but worth the effort. The panels are easy to cut with conventional saw blades and drills. They went up without any issues and look fantastic. I will use them again. They did NOT come with silicone adhesive so I had to buy it, but aside from that I am happy with the product.

Stains in walls - No response from Company

Dull white, not polished, no adhesive received

Easily marked, corner trim wasn't cut straight. No instructions. The "protective plastic" allowed it to be scratched still. Wish I would've returned these trash walls. Waste of money. Will be ripping them off the wall soon and putting better quality ones up.

Product seems nice but, My (4) tubes of silicone caulking was not included with my package as stated.

Buyer beware on this Shower Surround Kit

My experience with this product wasn’t that good. The adhesive tubes for installation were missing, (online description said they were included) called the company for replacements, they verified my purchase & shipped the tubes but the box was damaged & bottom torn open & some of the plastic application tips were missing.. so I called again and the company representative was rude and told me to go to the store and purchase adhesive tubes myself! Nothing more frustrating than buying an expensive item and having to pay extra to get what I was supposed to already have!! The corner strips were difficult to install, wouldn’t adhere to walls, we ended up caulking and omitting the matching corner pieces. Wish I could undo. Stuck with now.. I waited 2 years to do this bathroom renovation. No recommendation from me.
