Great quality
Carefully packaged and arrived in great shape. Simple to assemble. Base is heavy enough for the lamp to be very stable in any arm position. This is a sturdy, well made lamp with a high end looking finish. Unique dimmer rod switch functions smoothly, it's a great feature to have a full range of brightness levels without having to install a dimmer switch. Only con is the white, basic-level synthetic shade, but considering the price of this lamp it was as expected. It arrived in perfect condition with no dents or marks. IMO, this lamp is excellent value.

Nice base- could have better lampshade
Very pretty lamp and I like the dimming feature. The lamp shade could be a little higher quality. It was partly put together incorrectly when I got it but the customer service rep who helped me was wonderful.
