Maybe it’s expected but lots of places where the wire was bent and needed straighten. Places where the wire was broke. For my project I couldn’t use those pieces. Frustrating to cut a piece to size only to find the whole piece has a hole in it and can’t be used.

Fence wire

This is exactly what I was looking for.... although about 3 times the length. Couldn't find it in any shorter runs. The fencing is for a hobby project which I have just started putting together. The fencing will work great!

While the coated wire was satisfactory, there was obvious manufacturing errors.

We needed to close off the deck in the back because Critters were getting underneath. This product worked beautifully. We were also able to fold it over and extend it onto the grass so that they could not burrow to get underneath. The grass just grew over it

Great rabbit guard!

I bought this to create cages for individual plants in my garden to keep the rabbits from eating them and it worked perfectly. It is sturdy enough to stand on its own and tall enough to keep those little eating machines from decimating my gardens!

Excellent product. I mounted it to an existing black metal fence to prevent “critters” from getting to my wife’s plants. The fence blends right in and is pliable enough to shape it as necessary while strong enough to deter entry. I mounted it with black zip ties which allowed me to draw it tightly up against the existing fence. Would definitely buy again.

Home Depot Home Delivery Sucks!

Someone at the store thought it would be a good idea to ship a damaged roll of wire to me. Instead of just taking 5 minutes to go grab an undamaged role, they took the same amount of time to wrap the damage in a couple of bucks worth of shrink wrap. Instead of a home delivery being a convenience, I get to go to the store and return it. I stopped ordering anything from their yard already because it sucks so bad, Now it's looking like online is out too. Do better Home Depot, do better!

Warped and weak

Trying to use this for a dog fence, welds are weak, wire bends way to easily. Impossible to make a taunt straight line, unless a warped ugly fence is what you want of course. It looks bad. It's not worth the money for a permanent fence option.

This is the perfect grid size to protect the plants in my garden from both deer and rabbits. It is strong and sturdy and can be re-used several times. The coating helps protect the wire grid from rusting.

Fence works great.

This product is as good as advertised. Our little Jack Russell sniffed it and has not challenged it since we installed it. We ordered the green colour which blends in with our hedges making it unobtrusive to us but an adequate barrier for our little girl.

This is strong yet flexible fencing material! It was easy to use wcrecutters for this rotator cuff challenged gardener to cut into 5-10’ lengths to create circular deer protection fence sleeves around newly planted native shrubs. The ‘sleeves’ are freestanding and just adding stays at ground level was enough to deter the deer- I’m very satisfied;.)

Separates easily

It's not great. It seems more like it's simply held together by the PVC coating rather than having actually been welded. There were multiple instances of the wires very easily coming apart at an intersection. If I were doing this again, I'd pay up for better quality elsewhere. Also, the size of the openings are not consistent across rolls. I did 2 rows of fencing. The bottom row vertical wires-- despite starting in the same exact location as the top-- do not remain aligned vertically to the top row. So over a couple feet, the misalignment becomes more and more noticeable. Looks better than the green fencing, though.

This is a quality product. Fencing arrived quickly. It was easy to install by simply attaching to existing 4’ 3 rail fence with zip ties. Fencing is durable, but easy to work with. Fencing is not noticeable until you are about 20’ away. This is important with HOA rules. Fencing does not impair view of lake. Most of all it is effective in keeping our 2 small dogs enclosed in our yard.

Functional but not black PVC base coated

The wire mech was easy to roll out to attach to t-stakes. It served its purpose to coral leaves in a wooded hill area. Was disappointed to find out the black color was actually a minimal light coat of sprayed black paint on outside of the the evergreen color PVC material. You can see a sheen of green fence after installed versus being a true black base material PVC coating.

Just what the wife wanted

I was redoing the deck railings when my wife insisted they had to change. The former railings had 1x1 staves on 3-1/2 inch centers. She wanted to recline on a chaise and gaze at the forested yard without the interference.

Easy to work with. Decent value

The pcv coating resists scratching from normal tools used while installing fencing. Set your staple gun so it doesnt pinch the plastic off the wire and you should have many rust free years on your install. It does distort easily so be careful handling the wire. The factiory took many measures to make sure you get a nice flat straight grid. Cons: distorts easily, last 5 feet of fence in roll needs alot of work to be usable.

This product was exactly what we were wanting for our 4 plank "farm fence" around our 1 acre yard. It was flexible enough to work with, the 50ft rolls weren't too big to deal with, the vinyl coating was smooth and lovely looking, and will make it easy to match when we paint our fence next year. The black actual blends in with the background, so from the street you can't even see it. Would definitely purchase again!

just what i needed!! i just got a aluminum fence put up for my new German Shepherd puppies and I opted for the real fence because i'm not a fan of the shock collar and invisible fence methods. The problem was my girl pup was still small enough that she could get through the slats and get out! So I bought this fencer wire for three reasons: 1) so she couldn't get out 2) because it was vinyl coated and wouldn't scratch my new aluminum fence and 3) so it would look nice (other options i had seen cam in the kelly/hunter green) This fencing is great, I attached it to my existing fence with black cable ties and from the road you can't even see that it's there! I love it! And even when my girl is big enough that she can't get through the slats anymore, I may leave it so my cats and wildlife in the area don't get in! I definitely recommend!

Good quality wire fencing. Strong welded connections. Good coating. I used it to retain a small pet dog within a wrought iron fenced in yard. It looks good and serves the purpose to keep preferred animals in and others out. I attached it to the existing fence posts using black zip ties.
