I this style that had the cushion

I bought this same style chair, but with the cushion and I see they don’t sell the cushion style cause they know they’re not any good. My seat of the wood is broken in the middle.

I had to return twice!

I understand that items being shipped and delivered can sometimes arrive with small defects. I ordered these chairs and the first shipment had a seat that was split down the middle. I went through the return and replacement route. It was fine. But the replacement package was also broken. I wish replacing broken items wasn't such a hassle. I like returning in store, but that was not an option for this item. We had to mail it back.
