I love it. Everything was there to put it together. Everything was shipped in great condition. It did take about 2 hours to put it together. More because we didn’t know what we were doing. The fireplace works great and has a remote. It seems very solid and will be enjoying it for many years.

Not as good quality as hoped
The unit seemed to have good potential, priced right but was completely broken upon arrival. The process of returning was good but to date, I have not received a refund to my credit card although I have contacted the company now twice.
