Works well, box packing needs improvement

Purchased one month ago online via Lowes, shipped Fedex. The box arrived damaged with the bottom torn open. It's 90 pounds, and looks like it was treated that way. Upon inspection, immediately noticed the cap over the resin tank was cracked, and leaked a couple tablespoons of resin out of it. Control valve and other items appeared to be properly packed with no damage. Assembly was easy enough if your half way mechanically inclined, however the directions leave some steps out or miss some information all together. I spoke with Aquasure customer service several times, and they were always very attentive and polite, giving me the information I needed. No wait times or run arounds. The first tech I spoke to recommended ordering through Lowes over direct from Aquasure since the price was cheaper for the same product, and Lowes won't charge return shipping if there is any issues.

Purchased the Aquasure Harmony Lite to replace my 8 year old Kenmore water softener that cause low water pressure. The Aquasure is more modern and sophisticated compared to the outdated Kenmore unit I replaced. I have full water pressure and the water quality is better than my old unit and uses less salt because of a more precise monitoring and calculation of the soft water consumed.

3 years on, still going strong

I've had this softener for 3 years now. Yes, installation was a little quirky, but overall not that bad. I've had zero issues with this softener and still have very soft water. I did switch out the sediment filter with a GE unit about a year in because I wanted a filter that had a clear housing. Worth the $70 to have a pre-filter you can visually inspect.

I needed a compact size water softener for my garage and the Harmony Lite was the perfect size. It was a new installation, so plumbing costs were about twice the cost of the unit. Once installed, initialization and operation went smoothly. We now have soft water with no more white spots on things. It’s only been operational for about a week and we are still learning about it. Aquasure customer support has been fantastic with friendly, knowledgable agents who answered all my questions.

So far the softener is working great. The unit arrived with the head loose so water shot everywhere. Had another mfg tank that broke three times, hoping this one doesn't have the same flaw.

Product works great. Install was pretty easy once we figured out you had to go online for the directions and download a PDF. None came in the package.

Very Poor Quality

I got this to replace my GE Water Softener (which was excellent). It is very small, very flimsy and very cheaply made. It goes through 3 40 lb bags of salt in a month! I absolutely hate it and cannot wait until I can afford to replace it. I do not recommend this product.

Customer Service is horrible and a hassle.

Water Softner is great but customer service is horrible. Aquasure Harmony Lite was suppose to come with a Triple Purpose Pre-Filter that never made it to me. I then contacted the company and went thru four people before they finally sent it.

I’ve had nothing but problems. Have tickets out with the manufacturer. Have hired 2 companies to fix leaking. Needing replacement parts, never been able to use. Purchased 1 month ago. Unit still down.

Way too much assembly required and when I tried to assemble it, some of the parts did not fit correctly or would not stay attached where they were supposed to. We were very disappointed and returned the softener to our Home Depot Store and purchased a different brand, which installed clean within a couple of hours including all the plumbing.

You kept selling me a damaged product.

Lots of shipping issues and damage, the worst being loose wires that prevented it from operating. I managed to fix all issues, including the wiring problem, only because I'm an extreme DIYer. As a Water Softener it is "Good" (4-star) but too much effort to get it operational. AQUASURE needs to significantly improve it's shipping details and packaging.

Waste of Money

Softners are supposed to last for years. Right out of the box, the timer doesn't keep accurate time so will flush randomly when it thinks the time of day is correct. Lines will leak a little during flushing cycle no matter what. Water from faucet and ice cubes taste funny now and leave a yellow film in the fridge auto ice tray (hard water tasted better). Now It has been 2 yrs and sat unmoved in my garage but somehow the bottom of this "sturdy plastic" container is leaking and leaving puddles of salt water all over my garage floor! After I mop up I have to go back and literally scrape dried salt off the floor. You get a 1yr warranty unless you register the product, so dont make my mistake. If you decide to gamble on this junk, please register it to get the extended 5 yr warranty.

Purchased this from Home Depot. I only had a 4-foot cellar, so this was why I went with this size. This is a new house, so I had my plumber install it. When it came time to use it it would not work, spent time on the phone with tech support trying to get it to work and they determined what it might be .they said they would send me the part and I could install it .Kind of like buying a new car and the alternator goes and the dealer says we will send you the new one but you have to install it. They have no one that will come out to fix it. At this point I had a plumber take it out and I returned it for a partial refund from Depot. Plumbers bill about $1,400.00. Think twice about buying this.

It's doing the job.

Over all it is good value and compact. That being said when I unpacked it, the cap on the bead tank was broken and about 2 Tbsp. of beads were lost. Also the instructions were in the brine tank wedged behind the bead tank. If I had missed this they would have been floating in the brine tank.
