cannot install now . Have to find a larger magnifying glass. print is smaller than anybody in this house can read with glasses or regular magnifying glass.

Acidic water...not for me

This filter produces very acidic water .

Flow rate is underwhelming

Not working- not pumping the water, I checked the pressure in the tank as well.

The box arrived with a clean and new parts. The installation was easy and water quality is excellent. This is pre compact and doesnt require much space under the sink

The instructional manual written brief and at some point does not match the package parts. A minor matter for me since I had prior installation experience. However, this might confuse a novice. This was the reason for not giving 5 Star. I am happy with unit.

We were able to disconnect our outdated system that we could no longer buy filters for (Paragon) and reconnected the new one. Worked out beautifully. Fits neat and clean. Kept all parts we did not use, you never know.

Our plumber installed the system. A tiny O ring in the dispenser connection began leaking after it was installed and we had to have the plumber come back and replace the O ring. Works fine now.

The tank can not fill up

Just bought this system 20 days, and tank failed to fill up, no water come from faucet, frastrated.

Easy install and compact size, takes a couple days cycles

Why doesn’t home Depot carry the filters you sell the product but not the filters makes no sense ?

Shipped fast, easy to install, will see how easy it is to replace the filter cartridge later when it becomes due to change. Not expecting that to be difficult. Twist off....twist on....

Take long time to assemble by licensed plumbers

Filters run out faster than most

I have purchased a number of filters, and only having used this one for a couple years, I am replacing it. The filters max out very quickly relative to other more standard types systems.
