Easy to install

Since i was replacing an older iSpring RO system, it was plug and play for me. The taste of the water is a little different from the old system but I will see if it is the newness of the new system. Julius helped me with the extended warranty and I am grateful for that. Overall it is a great product.

I installed the RO 500 in July of 2024. In less than 2 months, the RO filter needed changing. According to the specs, it should be good for up to 24 months. I reached out to ipsring and Nick immediately responded and is sending me a replacement filter. Thank you Nick,

This is absolutely the best on the market. When you combine the quality of the product with the customer service, there is none better. It's easy to install and the water taste great. They have diagrams to help you or you can just pick up the phone and talk to a real person that will help. I highly recommend this product of any others. Look no further.

I bought this water system with the CA filter two years ago. I am satisfied with the quality of the filtered water ( taste and look). It ran well for more than two years with no issues. When I recently needed help with the system, the service response was quick and efficient.

Really Nice Unit

I purchased the iSpring 500 to install in my new home. I had another brand in my old home. The comparison between the two is truly very noticeable. Osmosis filtration is clearly superior to simple carbon filtration alone. No tank is a plus. Simple installation and filter change is a plus. No leaks at all. NSF/ANSI certification is a plus. Very clean water a super plus. I have talked to Sean at iSpring a couple of times with questions and I can't say enough about their customer service. 5+ stars.

Very easy to install. No leaks upon start up. Note that two electrical outlets are required: One for the UV unit, one for the main unit power supply. The unit tests much lower particulates than the filtered water from our refrigerator. Since the tubing is plastic, you will need to anchor the tubing and UV unit or it will jump around when you turn the faucet on or off.

The iSpring RO500AK delivers great tasting water!

The RO500AK was very easy to install and the system operates as promised. I am impressed by the rate of water delivery at the tap and the taste (actually no taste!) of the water. I installed this system 8 months ago to replace Culligan water and appreciate the money I save on a monthly basis.

Before starting installation, I reviewed available videos on line and learned the Quirks of installing the unit. Installation was about 2-1/2 hours including changing the cold water valve having two 3/8 outlets because of the location of valve caused interference when trying to install the supplied adapter. works very well, and runs quiet.

Perfect for drinking water!

The system works really well and the uv light is very easy to install and work. The water tastes really good. Haven't changed the filters but seems straightforward. Love it!

Filter does not last a year! False advertising!

I live alone. I had this installed end of November 2023 and today, May 16, 2024 it started to beep so I checked to see what was beeping and found that the light for CF filter was blinking. This filter only lasted about 6 months. And I actually don't drink that much water. I would say 4-6 cups a day. I don't understand how they can advertise that the filter will last 1 year.

Great product for reverse osmosis filtered water

We have used ispring RO system for years now, having recently switched to the tankless system and love the convenience. The tankless system takes up less room under the kitchen sink and it is extremely easy to change out the filters.

Recently I bought this filter and had to ask for a replacement filter of type CB. Sean from iSprig team not only understood my problem well, provided a resolution by sending a replacement filter as well. Issue I had before now has been resolved in satisfactory manner. Thank you, Sean!

Had a tank version for many years and the tank frankly rusted out. I saw this and called ISpring and talked to Shaun and I understand now how the tankless model works it is excellent. I’ve had it for six months and one of the filters lights came on at the right time. Replacement filters are easy to find excellent unit and excellent customer service from Shaun

Problem solved

These RO units are definitely top of the Line and produce excellent quality water. The replacement filters are a breeze to replace. I have bought three of these units and have never had a problem. The fourth unit defaulted to an error code after it was installed. I called ISPRING and they were very helpful. Michelle took great care of me. When my attempts to troubleshoot the problem failed the company immediately sent out a replacement unit. Many thanks.

Not only was this system easy to install (although I did hire a handyman to do it), the filters are very easy to replace and the water quality and taste are good. I-Spring’s customer service is fantastic. I recently had a question on my system that I purchased last year. I contacted I-Spring and received a prompt response from Eric who thoroughly answered my question. I would highly recommend this product.
