Nice frame

The bed frame that we received has a slit in the fabric. Since it was put together to be used, it seemed too hard to disassemble it, return it, and wait for another to start all over. The frame itself seems fine, but it’s not worth the hassle to do over.

Great bed and great look. My bed did arrive with some damage on it but Wayfair is making it right with absolutely no hassle. I would highly recommend this product. Once again, I am a very satisfied Wayfair customer!

The quality of the faux lether is nice. Its a very pretty bed. But when the bed it put together properly and everything is tightened, it is flimsy. Its a little unstable. The price for this is too high for the quality.

Would Not Recommend

I am very disappointed with the quality of the headboard. It has wrinkles in it. Once I put the full size mattress on it it has gaps all the way around it. Does not look like the picture and is not very sturdy it wobbles.

I got this bed frame in the gray color and it's great! It was easy to put together, looks really nice, and has been very durable. We're not small people so durable was important! Overall, very satisfied, love it!

Good purchase for price

The bed is relatively easy to assemble. It was shipped within a few days purchase and made it to me in no time at all. I love the clean lines, but I wish other colors were available because my walls are also off white. However, I don't regret the purchase. If you have hardwood floors, you'll need a rug to keep it from sliding because it doesn't have much weight to it.

The bed is nice but we now have to purchase...

The bed is nice but we now have to purchase support beams! The corner of the bed collapsed and the wood broke. Mind you my 6 yr old and 9 yr old sleep on here so the total weight is about 150 lbs. I am very close to returning this bed. My husband said assembling was easy. He drilled it back 3 more times after the 1st time and it continues to come down to the point there is no more wood on the side to drill it too.

I am so dissapointed in this bed. First I bought it for a client and it was damaged. Second one came and seemed ok. Client had contacted me for the third time now saying the bed frame has broken 3 times now and Ive had to pay them to have it fix it twice now they are making me take the bed back and refund their money as its the third time its broke. Now Im out 500 for the bed plus 110 I spent to have it fixed twice. This is garbage and is cheaply/poorly made. I am not happy.

Defective product and no help from customer servic

My headboard has screw holes that are in the wrong shape, so the leg cannot be attached. The other leg attaches just fine, so it's not a mistake that I'm making. I've left several messages with the manufacturer to get a replacement part, but never get a response. I called Macy's who tried to get in touch with the manufacturer, then the Macy's rep hung up on me after having me on hold for 10 minutes. I bought this after seeing all the positive reviews, so either they're fake reviews or I just got unlucky and got the one defective bed.

We got this bed in black for our teen and it's great for him. Easy to set up and easy to transport (the whole bed fits nicely inside the headboard.). Not "too nice" where you're worried about them scuffing it but also doesnt look cheap. You definitely need a boxspring, though. The headboard doesnt go low enough to get away with just a mattress despite this being a "platform bed".

Not a platform bed

I love the bed frame itself, however this is definitely false advertising. This is NOT a platform bed. You will need a box spring unless you want a big gap between the mattress and headboard. The whole point of buying this was so I wouldn’t have to use a box spring and ended up having to get one anyways. As far as assembly, piece of cake and very smooth! The bed is sturdy and and has zero blemishes. If I didn’t have to buy a box spring I would have given a 5 star rating.

I love this bed! I recently purchased a townhome, did a complete remodel with a contemporary vibe. This bed was exactly what I was envisioning. The bed was packed in a much smaller box than I was expecting. All of the parts were packed inside a zipper enclosure in the back of the headboard — genius idea! The instructions made the assembly process a breeze. Best I have ever seen! I am a 73 year old female, so you know if I say it was easy to assemble, it really was. Looks exactly like the photo online.

Classic headboard, great look

The bed was pretty easy to install, took about an hour or so to install. However, I did not trust the four wood pieces included as slats to hold the bed up. I purchased four more slats for Home depot to add to the bed. I did not realize this bed required a box spring when I purchased it so now i need to purchase a box spring. Once box spring is delivered, i will update my review to see if anything changes. So far, the color (gray) is beautiful and adds an extra sense of class to my son's bedroom

Not a platform bed!

I also wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. It is not a "platform" bed. It is not the same bed in the video, the headboard doesn't run top to bottom like the video one, and it doesn't have a roll of slats. It was easy to assemble though, my 13 year old son did so by himself. Bad thing though, is now we need a box spring. So if you want to use a box spring, then this bed is easy to assemble and looks good. If you want to use this as a platform bed, don't buy it. There will be an opening between the bottom of the headboard and the top of the mattress. So stupid.

Extremely well built, great quality, for the price

I am very impressed with the quality of this bed. My man put it on together alone in less than 45 minutes. It takes an Allen wrench which they provide and a Phillips screw driver that you need to provide. The parts all came in the zipped padded headboard. The directions are also in there. The only weird thing was the directions and notice saying the parts are in the zipped headboard, were all in the headboard. It came looking like it was just the headboard so you need to unzip the back to get the parts.

These guys are crooks. The bed has 4 horizontal weak wood pieces to hold a king size bed. And the photo I have pasted is expected to hold a nut which will clamp these horizontal woods. The problem is these horizontal woods will move/flip over the minute you transfer your wieght while sleeping on bed, which is what the below photo reveal. I used the bed for no more than a week everyday being careful while sleeping to not transfer my weight to flip over and one day we had kids come over who sat without recognizing how unstable it is and baam the bed breaks. Thanks God she was not hurt. And when I call them they give me *** that I had not assembled the bed properly and I won't get a refund. For the sake of others, please refrain from thinking about buying this product or from this company overstock.com. They are a sham. And I am pretty they won't allow this post to appear. I am gonna use other medium to get this out so that people know what to expect from these company.

We got a king sized grey. I loved it so much, but after two days of having it the wooden frame underneath snapped, and the Wood is so little everywhere. It's a cute frame but it's no sturdy at all. We're small people so I was very disappointed. The box also came opened and torn up. It's not been a few months and it's completely ruined. Not worth the money the Wood is very thin and cheap

I rotated the pix I uploaded but they still seem to look upside down. Pros: Inexpensive bed. The fake black leather is soft & the upholstering is cushy. The headboard, footboard, & the outside of the entire base is the same upholstered fake black leather. The black stitching that runs down the center of the head board & foot board looks sturdy. The wooden legs of the bed look decently sturdy but I wish they were a bit thicker. The whole bed looks attractive. My 21 year old son put it together leisurely in just under 2 hours. It was his 1st time assembling furniture so it could probably be assembled faster than that by someone with more experience. Cons: Cheaply made, I hope it lasts a few years. The long side of the base comes in 2 pieces. My other platform bed is made of 1 continuous piece of thick wood for the long sides of the base & I expected the same for this bed. This is NOT a platform bed! You MUST add plywood or use a box spring. I added 2 pieces of 3/4 inch plywood (27 x 60 inches and 28 x 60 inches). The wood frame is rather fragile so be careful not to split the wood when screwing it together. I would suggest using manual tools and not drills or power tools during assembly to avoid splitting the wood. I wish I'd spent more money for a better quality bed especially since I spent extra money, time, and gas to go buy plywood. Without the extra wood, I wouldn't be able to use the bed. The bed was delivered by UPS and came 4 days later than promised. It was delivered to the foyer of my building and I had to get someone to help me carry it up to my 3rd floor apartment. I expected it to be delivered into my apartment. I do not recommend this bed.

I love how the bed looks but honestly, the instructions were a bit confusing and all the screws come in a single bag, mixed up! It would’ve been a lot nicer if they had been separated to make things easier. It took me about two hours to build by myself and the wooden slats that support the middle were very poorly designed. They little legs don’t touch the ground? They’re floating about a quarter of an inch above the ground, which is annoying. There are also no place markers for the screws that you need to drill in with a Philips screwdriver (I didn’t have a drill so I screwed it in by hand and it took a while). But I want to mention that I really love how the bed looks and it seems to be quite sturdy despite the wooden legs not touching the ground.

No mattress support - not a true platform bed IMO.

This item looks nice, but requires some kind of foundation. Most mattresses require a foundation where the slates are no wider than 4 inches apart. This is supposed to be a platform bed frame, but it isn't. It only has 4 cross "beams", so your mattress has no support. If you put a box spring on it the mattress is way to high. If you don't you have a big gap between the mattress top and the headboard. I will need to purchase a Bunkie board to fix this issue or return it. Shipping was also a nightmare. Took almost a month to get the item. Target sent it from CA to New Jersey and then back to CA. The item was destroyed, and it was a big hassle to get it replaced. It took multiple calls and a chat session.
