Nice chair for a kid. Needs to be put together, so that takes some time. It rolls and adjusts easily. Definitely worth the price.

Got this chair specifically for a guest room for occasional use. It's a perfect, small profile chair for this area. I had to assemble it and the instructions were easy to follow. The chair seems tight and stable.

Worst online order experience ever and unresolved!

Worst experience with Sams club! Chair arrived with a crack in it, then when I wanted to return it the item cannot be returned to the club, I’ve called the customer service line 3 times and am told 48-72 hrs for seller to reply with return label info but the seller has never responded and Sam’s club keeps telling me the same thing! That they’re contacting the seller. Meanwhile I’m stuck paying for a junk chair and so much time wasted on what should be a simple return. Will never order from Sam’s again.

Item came used and repackaged

The chair seat was reassembled parts were repacked in a box without brand name or manufacturer warranty box was also damaged when arrived. Not happy with this product. Awaiting detail resolution.

Do not buy if you are over 5 feet tall.

To the point: This chair was laughably small and may work for a child but not an adult. The seat at its max height was still too low, but the worst thing was that the front of the seat- with my back against the back support- was at mid-thigh! I am 5'6", relatively small. To be fair there was an assembly option to move the back away from the seat, but that setting eliminated nesting of the back support bar into the underside metal bracket, which helps prevent the screws from dislodging/stripping when leaning back. Not an option unless you want a significantly shortened chair life at best and risk of the seat back breaking and injury at worst. DO NOT BUY this unless you are VERY small (Under 5' tall), and be sure to assemble the back support bar into the underside bracket.

Very light and nice computer chair! I like it! It is very easy to assemble.

Assembly and structure

Was easy to assemble. A little loose feeling to sit in but that may be me. The arms are close together, again probably me, but be sure to look closely at the measurements.

I would not recommend this chair for anybody. Very poor quality on the butt cushion. I actually put it out front and hopefully somebody steals it

Sturdy office chair

I like this office chair. It is a good size as I am heavy but have a petite build. I feel my posture is better as the back is upright and ergonomic. Feel less back pain already!

I love this chair! It is so light weight and very comfortable. It is in what was formerly a bedroom, now it is a combo of my office with my computer and my sewing room with my sewing machines and related sewing items. I use it for both.

A missing part

my husband literally got to the last wheel and the connector was missing. He took it completely apart, we returned it and Ocean State was great about reordering another, however, it's been over two weeks and we still haven't received the new one.
