the chair arrived in a broken re-taped box and missing parts not happy.

Broke with in a week of having. Bases tilts to one side.

The foot rest is useless .Collapsed and will not close properly.

Very Comfortable Chair

After reviewing many of the reviews on this chair, I proceeded to order it. Upon delivery, my teenage son put it together for me. He commented that it was very easy to put together; although the instruction sheet was only slightly helpful. So, take your time and review the parts and instruction sheet twice to make sure you aren't missing any steps.

So disappointing; chair unusable

The main problem with this chair is the outer lumbar pillow (for your lower back), which protrudes way too much, so much so that you can't comfortably lean your head back when sitting upright, and the problem is even more pronounced when reclining, as it pushes you into an awkward, severely arched back position, making this chair completely unusable for me (and also for other family members who tried it). Did no one at the manufacturer bother to sit in this chair during the design phase? Apparently not. Apparently Best Buy doesn't test products either before it sells them to consumers. Also, the footrest support metal rods are quite flimsy, so much so that when you put your feet up, the footrest angles downward, thus failing to provide the support you want. Otherwise, this would have been a good chair. So disappointing. Returned for a full refund. Less

This chair is very sturdy and comfortable. The design is sleek and modern.

the seat is not so good for a heavier person

While the chair is well made and has great features and quality, i found that the seat cushion was not sufficient to support my 250 pound weight. for a smaller person, it might be fine. also, the foot rest seemed a bit unstable for me to recline, again probably due to weight.. i would recommend this chair to most people, but it was not ideal for me.

Disappointing chair

This chair is not comfortable. It is too hard. And the positions of the lumbar support and the head rest are not helpful. The extending leg rest is adequate when I use a long pillow on it.

Chair ok but broken

Ok chair but received with a broken foot rest. NFM was quick to order a replacement part .

Great office chair

Very comfortable office chair for someone who spends a lot of time sitting; t's easy to adjust and it gives the ability to rest your legs

Good chair for the price

Overall quality is very good in my opinion and the chair is easy to put together. For the price it’s one of the better reclining tall back office chairs with a foot rest that you will find. The seat and arm rest cushion are comfortable but I think it could use some more head/neck support. The footrest is sturdy and works well also the chair is stable when fully reclined and I’m 6’2”. I sit in this chair for hours at a time and haven’t had a problem definitely recommend

DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR!

I absolutely DO NOT recommend this chair. I received it and was very excited. I assembled it and sat down. The chair is very comfortable. I tried to use the handle to extend the foot rest. It did nothing finally I just pulled it out manually. The second time I sat in it and put my legs on it the right side started bending down then it snapped. This is a plastic piece holding it up. I will return it because for over $400 I expect way more than this!

Cushing is extremely comfortable but when you sit in this chair and put your legs on the rest it leans forward is very uncomfortable and will not level off

Good Fit

I'm 6ft-4in and weigh 240 lbs. I was skeptical about on-line purchases, the girl at staples assured me if I wasn't satisfied with the purchases, with in 14 days, I could bring the chair to our local Staples Store for a refund. The foot/leg rest is the best part along with reclining function. I had another adjustable chair for my feet and legs to rest on while working. Every aspect of this chair I like.
