my thoughts

back is a little shorter then i though, the wheels roll a little wierd making it hard to just move straight forward some times or move in any direction you want, its annoying but not a huge deal

Good solid chair

The so called headrest is actually a back cushion

I received this chair today however the headrest is not a headrest and comes no where near my head. I am only 6ft 1" and the headrest is about a 1ft too low. Unless I have the chair setup wrong and I do not understand how this can be considered a high back chair. This chair is designed for someone who is 5ft.

Okay for short term use.

Good material the chair was made of and we liked the reclining angle. Chair broke after 6 months. I would not recommend as the base of the chair that connects to the cylinder on the bottom, broke on one side.

Way Too Expensive To Barely Last 6 Months

Had this chair for just over 6 months (Purchased in May, writing review in December).It was a pretty great chair at first. I sit criss-cross applesauce a lot and the seat is just wide enough for me to be able to do that. The only negative for me (which was a very MINOR negative) was that the seat height could have been just a LITTLE taller.The chair started creaking extremely noisily within maybe a couple of months, and it only got worse. Tightening bolts and using WD-40 did not help. Within the past couple of weeks I noticed that the height seemed to be lower than normal, even when the seat was raised to its full height. Then I realized that it wasn't rolling, and nothing was wrong with the wheels. The hydraulic cylinder that holds the seat went through the base. That's not something that I can fix myself. There's no weight limit listed for the chair, but I don't think I would be over it, and I've never had an issue like this with a chair before. Pretty disappointed. I got a protection plan on the chair, hopefully they'll replace it or give me a refund - if I was hoping to only have the chair be usable for 6 months I would've spent about a third as much money or went to the thrift store. I can't recommend this chair. Less

Not worth what I paid

Bought on July 16, 2021. The Chairs Gas Lift Cylinder is already failing. After about 2 minutes in the chair you are almost on the ground. This was a waste of my money.

split in fabric seat

bought two chairs, one was ok the other one had a tear in seat. been trying to get a hold of customer service, but the offices aren't open. left messages for them to call me back but nobody has yet, been a week. otherwise the chairs seem ok. time will tell on how well fabric holds up.

Seating pad broken after one year usage

Just a bit over one year usage, my office chair seating pad is broken already, very upset, and it doesn't have warranty and return window is passed. I had never owned a chair broken after one year usage, very disappointed.

Very comfortable, high back chair...perfect for our office. Hoping now that our cat doesn't take over it!

shipped damaged in several places

bottom cushion was ripped, seat adjustment piece broken. Absolutely hate wasting time returning products.

A little larger than I thought it would be. But, great chair for the price. Do not know how it will hold up, I have only had It for a few days. However I am happy with my purchase.

comfortable but upholstery collapsed

very comfortable chair,however the seat padding collapse after 2 weeks of use causing discomfort.

Positive review

I thought the arm padding was too thin, but I like to lean on them or rest on them. I decided to add arm pad coverings to increase the padding and comfort for me. Most people will probably not need this. Otherwise, great chair!

Serves its purpose, but not worth the cost!

This chair looks nice, but is not very comfortable. The seat needs more cushion for a chair that you sit in for long stretches of time. It does adjust easily and the arms have a nice cushion. I don't feel like I got a good value for the cost. It should be half the cost.

High bavk Chair

The only thing I would say is the chair does not lock into the shaft. Of you pull the chair up the chair would come apart. So far it a good match for me.
