Order the black and rose gold for my office !!! Definitely worth it and its gorgeous. My only hiccup is the bottom where I occasionally place my feet the rose gold is coming off only to my own fault. Id avoid resting your feet on it to prevent it from happening. Other then that its great quality and works awesome for petite women such as myself where most office chairs are just too large

It’s been over a year now and the chair is holding up well. I use it every day and it still looks pretty good. There are 2 things I should mention. The cushion of the seat could be a little more firm (has now formed itself into the shape of my derrière).

I purchased because my Wayfair basics chair (which looks identical in the online photos to this chair) broke after 2 years of use. The hydraulics no longer works so I bought this in its place. It certainly felt sturdier at first however the chair is not the same dimensions. Within a few months, the support has completely warn out. Not for everyday use working from home. Esthetically pretty but not practical or functional.

This is a really comfortable office chair! My only slight complaint is on the black with rose gold color combo, the rose gold is pretty pinkartificial looking. I’d like it to be a little more balanced with gold hues, but that’s a personal preference. The chair itself is sturdy, comfortable, and perfect for my home office. I use it almost all day every day and never experience discomfort, even where I typically experience pain (like my lower back).

These chairs are great. We ordered them in white to use as dining chairs. One chair had a problem with the seat and back going together, but Wayfair quickly responded to the problem in kind. They look awesome with the beautiful White table we picked out from Sand & Sable, sold at Wayfair. The Table and Chairs are just perfect, so pretty. Thank you Wayfair!

A waste of money! I purchased this chair June 2, 2022. A little over a year later, there is a hole in the seat where one of bolts holding the seat to the base has poked through the faux leather. There is about to be another hole for the same reason. The seat padding has compressed and is not as comfortable as when first purchased. The faux leather at the end of each arm rest has worn away. I wrapped them in cloth tape to keep them from getting worse. In addition, the chair tilts slightly to one side. My previous office chair was a purchase from Office Depot. It last about 20 years, before I purchased this chair as a replacement. Thoroughly disappointed in the quality and durability of this chair. Don't buy it unless you plan on not sitting in it!

The Good Modern and stylish.

October 2023 update currently searching for a new chair. It’s fine for the price I spent but this chair is not comfortable for long working hours. It’s lost nearly all the cushion and there’s limited support.

Nice looking chair and pretty comfortable to sit in. It adjustes up down and you can recline a bit. Gold is yellow gold which is nice and matches my other Wayfair desk perfectly. I put 2 stars because I wouldnt pay 290CADshipping for it again and the reason is quality. Its okay but not amazing. Ive had this chair for almost 6 months now, daily use, and the padding on the bottom is starting to give a bit ( photo attached)so unsure how long that will last. Assembly was easy if you take 2 minutes to pre-read the instructions from start to finish beforehand.

The package arrived in time. The chair looks nice and solid. Assembly was not really an issue, even as I struggled a little bit with the screw of one of the arms.

I love this chair! I think it's funny how others who also bought the white chair are complaining that it stains so easily. It's a white chair - what did you expect? I anticipated this would happen pretty quickly but I was able to use a faux leather cleaner and it has worked wonders! I plan on placing a cover on the chair if I'm wearing jeans or dark clothing. It's a bit of a hassle, but worth it because I love how the white looks otherwise.

First and foremost, this chair is comfortable. I'm always hesitant to purchase chairs online, but this chair turned out to be a good choice. I've sat in it for multiple hours when working throughout the day and it's been treating me well.

Stubborn Chair Wheels

Got the office chair yesterday, was all excited as it was rated 4.5 stars, on sale, and the chair looked the way I liked. Hubby put it together easily and I sat in it and....... oh nooo, sank in. I was disappointed. Where are the 5 stars coming all from? Or is my old chair that much better that I am easy to get disappointed with a new chair? But when I started to roll, it was immediately a no-brainer that I definitely do not want to keep this chair. I had to fight the direction to roll - stubborn wheels. Not sure about the faux leather, I have doubts that the material would hold up for a long time, but that I don't know for sure. I called our local Home Depot today and was able to return the chair without taking it down. Thank you, 5 stars for Home Depot for an easy return, a pity for the chair 1 star, confused about the reviews online 1 star. Lesson learned: will never buy another office chair online.

The chair arrived in a timely manner. I went to bring the box inside and it was torn and the metal base was piercing though it, and the metal was clearly visible and not well wrapped in the box. I unboxed the chair. The casters were not secured in the box and rolling around. I unwrapped the poorly protected metal components, the gold is not a uniform color, and appears almost modeled. There are tiny scratches over the surface of the base and the arms, and I am not happy about that. The covering it came with for the base is cheap plastic, and the gold color itself is really not very "gold" it's more cheap brass in tone. The white vinyl is in good shape, and it came with all of the parts. After I put the chair together, I will say it does looks like the picture. It's not the most comfortable chair. Although I have the tilt adjusted, it sits too far forward, and I feel like I'm sliding off of it. Also, when I sit in the chair I can feel where the mechanism slides into the base to raise and lower the chair. It digs into my bottom. I have to work at my desk for long periods of time, and it's really not that comfortable.. I'm not thrilled at all, and very underwhelmed and disappointed with the chair based on average reviews left by other patrons. If it weren't such a hassle to return it I would and get the other chair I was looking at.
