This model comes “preassembled” which is a HUGE time saver and the reason I purchased this particular model. Very easy to install, took less than an hour. Door is medium quality, aesthetically pleasing and definitely great for a second or guest bathroom. Highly recommend.

I don't usually leave reviews but after 50 years in the business I could not have been more impressed with something. This shower door was one of the best I have ever installed for many reasons. And it was pretty simple if you have some mechanical instincts, because the directions weren't that great. But once I figured it out, it was a breeze. I highly recommended.

So far the door is nice. I would recommend having a helper when installing just to hold in place while verifying plumb. The only difficulty I ran into was getting the door lined up into the sidewall rails. Just double check before you drill. It is easy to think they are in the track. The door is very smooth and looks nice. Should have gone this route the first time.

Bad door bottom splash guard design

Door works great and easy to install, was really happy until after my first month of use. Water was making its way out from the bottom of the door and leaving a big pool of water. The plastic molding was torn and water was leaking out. I think the design of the door with the splash guard was very poorly though out. The soft rubber has rip off and I can't use shower unless I have a towel in front of the shower. One month of 2x daily use and splash guard is broken. It's the little things that count in a quality product. Would not recommend this door.

Installation isn't too difficult with an extra set of hands. The brushed nickel is lovely, the glass somehow sheets the water off and I'm not sure a squeegee is even necessary to keep it nice and clean. Most importantly, compared to the cheaper door it replaced, it's virtually drip free when you open the door. This door is highly recommended.

This shower door is absolutely beautiful! It's clear see through glass. It's perfect after remodeling my bathroom. I put in a new tile and backsplash, and this door really shows how beautiful the tile is. It's very air-tght; the door catches on to the magnetic hinge and it closes tightly. The water never catches the floor. This door has a small, single glass that's stays stationary; this adds an extra elegance to the door. The installation was easy. This is a great value. I highly recommend it.

easy to install, looks good, sweep damaged within 6 months

This door was fairly easy to install, but you will need two people. My spouse and I had never installed a shower door before, and we managed just fine. The door is adjustable in several ways, which is great for older houses where the walls might not be square or plum.

I order this door after months of deciding if this will be the right choice for my stall shower in the basement . The week before i finally made my decision i choose another brand but then decided on this one after looking at the reviews also finally understanding the measurements. When i placed my order the door arrived on time and was surprisingly simple to put together. The quality is great. Packaging also was very secure. Thank you Dream Line.

Very happy with this install. I installed on a standalone fiberglass/comp plastic unit and it worked great. Had round edges at the bottom but i was able to drop a flat threshold on it to make a nice 90 degree at the bottom. Top sticks up a bit but drilled a hole/mounting anchor a little lower than the pre drilled hole to secure the side rail and it worked great. Went with this one for the height. Doesnt leak a drop. Liked how adjustable it was. Very pleased, see pic.

Overall a very nice product. Well engineered, well designed. Installation was smooth. My only complaint is that when you flip the unit over for left hand installation (as mine is), the "Dreamline" logo etched in the glass is upside down at eye level. With right hand install logo is right side up on the bottom of the door and hardly noticeable. It's a small detail, but one that keeps me from providing a 5 star rating.

I liked the fact it was adjustable and the chrome fittings and handle are great. My contractor assumed it was going to be a cheap piece of junk shower door - because I guess a lot of them are? - but he was beyond impressed with the quality, how easy it was to install and adjust to the perfect fit. Its also a high end clean looking frameless shower door for a small size shower.

Great improvement for a smallish shower. Pros: Looks very nice. Operates smoothly. Easy to clean w/ high quality squeegee. Retains well, water splash within the shower, esp. at the base.Cons: Curiously, the understated glass etched Dreamlike logo ends up being upside down in reverse instal.

The door went up easy, looks nice and seemed fine for a week until we noticed water at the baseboards near the shower. I installed it properly and sealed everywhere the instructions said to seal. Pretty simple install and I've done several similar doors over the years with no problems. Aside from water leaking at the door sweep, which is annoying but livable with a bath mat in place, the bottom extruded aluminum channel is a severe water trap. I found the water was getting into the bottoms of the wall profiles and leaking back to the raised lip of the shower pan where the wall profiles meet the shower pan, then running over the edge of the pan and into the sheet rock outside the shower. The sheet rock became soaked and finally it dripped onto the floor under the baseboards. I removed the door and found the bottom extruded aluminum channel full of water. Dried everything out and sealed inside the wall profiles where they meet the shower pan. Once the door was back in, I took the extra precaution of sealing all the mitered joints on the door frame. I also sealed the bottom slip joint, part that allows the door to fit a range of shower widths. I even used sealant on the screws securing the door frame to the wall profiles. Tested for a few days. No go. Still leaking. Took the door out again. Bottom channel was again flooded with water. It’s getting in somewhere. Some of the extra sealant I used failed, turned to mush, but in fairness there was no instruction to seal these parts at all. I used 100% silicon bath and tile sealant, but I don’t think that stuff is meant for full time submersion in water which is the case once the bottom channel floods. I

We originally bought a Kohler Revel frameless door but it was very flimsy. We put it up already but it felt so flimsy and dangerous that we needed to take it down and return it. We have not regret our decision.

Remodeled an older home with a tiny shower of an odd size. After much exploring online for a suitable door-this was perfect. Fits odd size openings easily AND since the door is offset, the door does not have to open fully to enter shower! EXCELLENT for a small space!

I was concerned about it fitting correctly, but it fit very well. The adjustable width feature worked like a charm. I had 31 7/8 bottom and 31 1/2 up top and the door fit great. Looks really good too. The only negative is the frame screws are visible on the interior and the interior was tougher to caulk and maintain that finished look. The packaging of the door really protected the product well

If you have an opening of 29 inches or more, this is a very nice door. It's well-made, easy to install, and very attractive. If you have a narrower opening, like mine, look elsewhere.
