Ehhhh
The product was damaged when recieved, but was able to straighten bent metal. Five steps into assembly, then it states there is no adjustment. The framing has to be perfect. My shower wall was not perfect, so rather than tear out the drywall, square up the shower walls better, fix drywall and then hope to paint to match…I returned to Lowe’s and got my money back.
This product leaks
I am very disappointed in this product. It leaks and we can't seem to figure out how, we have caulked every seam to no avail. It is leaking inside the wall and I am going to have to tear the walls apart to find the leak. I am even using a shower curtain inside the door and still water is leaking. Do Not buy this product.
SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH LEAKS
This is a flawed design, as others have posted. I ran my own handyman business for ten years and have installed dozens of shower doors. This one has a flawed design with the frame. I contacted customer service and received an email back with some jibberish of an answer that I still cannot believe. Basically passing the buck. Three weeks since my install and constantly fiddling around with this trying to stop the puddles. I've removed and redone the silicone multiple times to no avail, sent them photos of the gap in the bottom frame piece. Resealed with silicone and still leaked. I am tempted to remove this whole thing and take it to HD for a refund.
door was damaged
Open the box and the door rim was damaged. The foam was in good shape so it must of been packed like this. I don’t like full price for damaged goods . I expected good quality but not the case here. Call the numder as instructed left several messages with no response.
(1) First the bad: door adjustment is difficult -- the designer probably does not know that the glass weight makes the door tilt and glass door to metal frame gap gets narrow away from hinges, which makes plastic sweep useless and dirt collector if you managed to use the plastic sweep.
I took the change and purchased and "open box" to take advantage of the savings offered. The unit arrived beat to hell. I was shocked that the glass wasn't broken because the metal attached was so bent. I called the manufacture and replacement parts are available. However, they said wayfair needed to purchase because this unit came from your stock. Call your company to find out you won't buy the parts to get it fixed, and want me to pack up the tempered glass and metal so you can pick it back up. Way to be willing to use my time and labor because you sent me damaged goods. I'm not packing pro, especially not with glass and metal. Your processes and lack of support have made this an awful buying experience. It looks like the dreamliner is going to get me the parts, and all I had to pay was shipping. I jury is still out until I actually have the parts in hand, but they have been way more helpful than wayfair. Guess who I won't be using to furnish out lake house in Texas, or the new home in San Antonio we're moving to in 60 days. Wayfair = WayFail.
Easy Install
I was a bit intimidated before I opened the box, worried about installation. Turns out it was for nothing. This door was very easy to install. The ONLY issue was the magnetic strip in the door that keeps it latched. The strip had come out during shipping and I installed the door before I realized it. It was an relatively easy fix and everything else went very well.
Nice looking, but question stability
I wasn't expecting such an industrial feel on the inside with all the bolts and screws. I also feel like every time we open or close the door, the door could break. With it being a thinner glass and semi-frameless, the door rattles every time and it doesn't give me confidence that ten years from now this door will still be in good condition. I do like the overall look from the outside, though, and I was thrilled to find a semi-frameless door that can be adjusted to properly fit. I do also like how large the actual door opening is- we have a 42" width and so the actual area to walk in/out is much bigger than what we had before. Though this could be why I don't feel like the door has enough stability.
While we are happy with this shower door, especially for the price - we had some issues. Installing it is a pain and drilling into tile to secure takes a very long time. We also felt that the directions weren't great. We followed them to a "T" yet questioned a few things along the way. We used silicone along each side as instructed but not on the bottom because that was not in the directions. We still have an issue with water coming outside the shower onto the curb. We contacted Wayfair about this issue and sent a replacement part which was the plastic lip that attaches to the side bottom of the door. We replaced it even though we didn't feel this was the issue and sure enough it continues to leak. We also had a dent in the inside of the frame. We contacted Wayfair and opted to take the discount on the item rather than dealing with a return and having to wait for the replacement which would set out remodel back. As I said, despite some of these issues we are happy with the item. It cleans up very well and looks beautiful. We also needed a flex option door due to the opening size and I love the pivot door.

Very impressive shower door look. This replaced a 1980's sliding, fogged glass shower door after having the shower remodeled. It has a very modern look you'd find in a newly built home. The installation instructions were complete and easy to understand. It has flexible width to accommodate 38 to 43 inches. My shower width is 40" and it adjusted to that perfectly. Installation itself is definitely a two person job. Do not attempt installation by yourself.
Looks great but horrible to install
Very good quality materials, looks BEAUTIFUL after installation. Instructions were ok but we had to modify slightly because our opening is only 38" so we had no room to spare. The problem that we had was that the holes in the glass door did not line up with the holes in the pivots ! We installed the bottom one but then the top hole in the glass was too high! Ended up having to shave down the top bushing with a Dremel so that the pivot would go slightly higher. We were afraid to shave down the bottom one for fear that it would not be able to pivot and clear properly. Then my husband had to push the top rail up as hard as he could to get the holes to line up. Needless to say, there is A LOT of pressure on the 2 holes in the glass. We are really hoping that we don't end up with an exploding door :( but are keeping the manufacturers contact info handy. Looks beautiful in the end but we are very wary.
Wide shower door that looks great

The shower door is a good quality. The design is well thought out for an adjust to fit shower door that offers an excellent quality installation even for a do-it-yourself project.

First, this looks fantastic in our bathroom. And for the money, you kindof get what you pay for. Pros: looks great. Seemingly sturdy glass. Mechanics work fine and smoothly. Cons: my husband built our entire house and fixes all our vehicles, etc.. He's pretty handy. He got this installed fairly quickly but not without some questions... The instructions weren't great. We keep wondering if we installed it backwards or something. It kept leaking because of a design flaw. I think he's used an entire tube of silicone trying to remedy the problem. But in the end, if the door swings out, there's no way to add the seal to the bottom of the door so that the water will drain to the inside. The seal catches on the bottom rail when you try to close the door, so the only way you can install the seal is with the lip beveled to the outside of the door. It's really counterproductive to shedding water. So yeah, had we known, we'd have installed the door so it would swing into the shower. Hope that helps. I'd still recommend the door for the price. It's way better than having a shower curtain stuck to your legs. And looks better too.

I am about to sell my 19 year old Dream House, to downsize into a more reasonable retirement home. My master bath has a 46" marble shower stall that had the old, noticeable-frame, frosted glass door that was commonplace, when I had the house built. My handyman told me about these doors, so I bought one. It was NOT easy to install. I could have never done it, and it took him several careful, "read every direction" hours (Translation: The cost of installation was almost as much as the door, itself). I have to say, however, it did made a DRASTIC change in the first impression of the room - so much larger feeling! - so in that sense, it's a lot of bang for the buck. However, there are a few reasons why I didn't give it a five star rating. The promotional copy reads that there is a small panel of fixed glass, and a large door. Well, I think that the fixed panel is way too big. The actual opening, through which you enter my 46" wide shower, with the door open 90 degrees (the widest-opening position) is now only 23". I had read that number on a competitor's website (which offers the identical product), but I could not find that number, here at homedepot.com. I hoped that it wouldn't be that small, but IT IS, Blanche, IT IS! Secondly, the day after installation (and before I had even used the shower), I noticed that there was an odd noise, when moving the door - several small "bump" kind of sounds, which are only amplified by the metal frame, and the hard, echoing walls of the shower. I waited a few more days to see if this would resolve, but the bump noises persist. So, I have yet to use this shower - I have been using another one in the house, until my handyman can return (we are currently social distancing). I did show him what was happening, in a video call, and he thinks that he will be able to improve/prevent the sounds, by placing a little waterproof grease on the bottom pivot point of the moving door. By the time I paid my handyman to remove the old door, seal the old holes (which were completely covered by the new door, btw), and install and seal in the new door, I spent well over $900 for this project. Would I do it again? Given the cost of installing a frameless door, I have to say that I probably would. Oh, one other caveat. My handyman told me that this door requires a perfectly level sill, at the bottom - which mine was, thankfully - but the box is huge, and it weighs a ton, so you don't want to order it, only to find out that you can't use it, if your sill is not level.

With one small exception, this is a top-quality product supported by a top-quality operation. If you (pre-) read and strictly follow the instructions you will have a successful installation, but please keep reading this review for one important tip.
Water trap. Damaged my new bath.
The door went up easy, looks nice and seemed fine for a week until we noticed water at the baseboards near the shower. I installed it properly and sealed everywhere the instructions said to seal. Honestly, how can you screw it up beyond breaking the glass or similar. Pretty simple install and I've done several similar doors over the years with no problems. Aside from water leaking at the door sweep, which is annoying but livable with a bath mat in place, the whole bottom channel is a severe water trap. I found the water was getting into the bottoms of the wall mounts and leaking back to the raised lip of the shower pan where the wall mounts meet the shower pan, then running over the edge of the pan and into the sheet rock outside the shower. The sheet rock became soaked and finally it dripped onto the floor under the baseboards. I removed the door and found the bottom channel full of water. Dried everything out and sealed the wall mounts where they meet the shower pan. I also ran extra sealant in the wall mount U channels in the event water was getting in at that slip fit (door to wall mount). Once the door was back in, I took the extra precaution of sealing the joints in the door frame where the bottom channel meets the side pieces. I also sealed the bottom slip joint, part that allows the door to fit a range of shower widths. I even used sealant on the screws securing the door frame to the wall mounts. Tested for a few days. No go. Still leaking. Took the door out again. Harder to do with all the extra sealant I used. Bottom channel was again flooded with water. It’s getting in somewhere. Some of the sealant I used for the frame joints did not hold, but in fairness there was no instruction to seal these parts at all. I also suspect the bottom pivot joint is letting water in, made worse by the fact you get standing water on that bottom channel because of its flat shape. My plan this time was to flood the bottom channel with expanding foam in an effort to keep the water out. Nope. Going to buy a new door and deal with it. There is no excuse for water getting in that channel. Even if your particular shower is made in such a way as to prevent the water from leaking back in to the wall as mind did, rest assured, you have water in that bottom channel and will be dealing with mold and mildew at some point. This door is a piece of garbage and has caused damage to my newly remodeled bath. Did I contact the company? No. I did not. A review DreamLine showers on the BBB will explain why I didn’t bother. I’ll just leave this review anywhere I find that sells this door. Maybe they will contact me, but I’m not holding my breath. If you buy one after reading this, you get what you deserve.

Product met requirements. Not really an interior handle which seems not thought through. The bottom gasket makes door closure rough. Install was $600 which would be about the same for any door. Bought this because cheaper than other options. The installer had to go back to hardware store multiple times for different anchors. I would not recommend anyone who is not trained/used to putting in doors to attempt DIY installation.
[Rewarded Review] Great door, but ....
It is a nice looking and acting door, but it was a problem to install. First of all it had a dent, probably from shipping. The shipping carton appeared to have been opened and re-sealed so the problem may or may not have occurred in shipping. I had already hired an installer and this was the first of several reasons he suggested returning the door and looking for another one. But we continued since the dent would likely not be very noticeable. Later, the installer again suggested returning it because the door was not designed for any pitch, horizontally or vertically and in my case the walls of the shower were out of square and where the shower door met the floor was not perfectly level.
Excellent semi frame-less shower door
We just had this exact door installed last week. Works perfect. No water leaks through gaps unlike a complete frame-less door. This door has frames all around. But the door and the small piece is frame-less. Very contemporary look. I was told by my installer, the door can only open to your left although the specifications says to be either way. Maybe my installer is wrong. Just double check if that is an issue for you. We are fine the way we have it now. The small static piece is on the left and the door swings to the left.
