Cartridge and Handle defects

Just past the 5 year mark my awesome faucet started leaking. Noticed that somehow the part of the handle that fits onto the white plastic part of the cartridge, is cracked. Very strange, as this is metal. Also, the cartridge leaks from the bottom. Sad because I don’t want to have to replace the faucet for these two parts, but I can’t find anywhere to get these parts. I really love this faucet and it would be a five star, but this stuff should last longer. I had my last faucet for 15 years!

Easy to assemble and super cool. The whole family was surprisingly excited about a new faucet. It’s nice when the advertised technology and features live up to the hype. It’s appropriately responsive to motion, the spray button is substantial plastic instead of rubber, the sprayer slides back into place nicely and the oil rubbed bronze matches the rest of our kitchen hardware perfectly. Love it and would def recommend.

LOVE MY NEW FAUCET

I gotta say, I love my new faucet. 1) The installation was really easy. Other faucets I've done had been more time consuming, but not this. Everything was easy to do. 2) No more touching the handle. One of my pet peeves is touching the handle with raw chicken hands or stuff all over them. The touch sensor eliminates the need to touching it. 3) Looks. When you go into someone's home and you see a kitchen faucet like this, you tend to think how it would look in yours. Well, now that I have one, it looks really good in mine. Overall, I'm really happy and please with my purchase.

Poor quality control

My first unit had an issue with the electronic box. I think the solenoid valve stopped working. Then less than a year later, the faucet head was stuck in the blocked position, which required replacing the entire faucet. The replacement faucet came with a bad check valve. It's been so much work taking the faucet out and replacing it. The company has been good about supporting their product, and the support staff is knowledgeable, but I shouldn't have had to get to know the support staff so well. The product has poor quality control, and the amount of labor it takes to fix doesn't make it worth while.

Looks good but beware

Purchased this to replace faucet on my double sink. Was delivered in two days, very well packaged and installation was easy. HOWEVER, the hoses are too short if your water supply is not directly under the facet so you have to purchase and install extensions. After the facet was installed it seemed that the fitting on top of the sensor box was not seated correctly. The installer reset it a number of times and all seemed well. At some point during the night the fitting blew off the top, water poured from the water line for some period time until I discovered it in the morning where gallons and gallons of water flooded kitchen and dining room floor. I did like the facet so the installer came back and used zip ties to fasten down the fitting in hopes that if it came apart again it would not be so disastrous. I would presume that this was just a defective part and they are not all that way as no one else has mentioned it. If it dislodges again I will purchase another to see if it is the product or the part and if the product I will return for a refund.

Quality, finish and performance !

So, after looking for a suitable replacement for a high-end kitchen faucet that was no longer working. I saw this faucet that upgraded my old (and not working) touch kitchen faucet. I placed it in the cart and then like most of us, was distracted by something else. The next day I received an email that an item in my cart was now on sale. The price difference was just too great and the over 7K positive reviews sealed the deal. Although it was delivered two days later than what I was originally told, it came in and was installed yesterday afternoon. First of all, let me just comment on the packaging. When I opened the box, I thought these guys must be owned by Apple. The packaging was amazing, the faucet itself was in a dust bag! (what! a dust bag?) even my installer was rather impressed with the packaging. But what he was most impressed with was the finish, quality, and ease of installation. I have to say I am so impressed and I am usually fairly persnickety about what gets installed in my house. This motion sensor faucet works flawlessly and looks, feels, and performs better than my previous high-end and overpriced faucet. BTW, I was concerned it would not fit/replace in my three-hole sink, I was wrong, it was a perfect fit. Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely!

Works as described. Looks great. Packaged great. Sensor performs flawlessly for both on and off control from about 3" with no hesitation. Our faucet sits 2 1/2" on center from a 4" tall backsplash and the handle barely clears the top of the backsplash in full open hot position (we did use the deck plate which elevates the faucet). It appears you would need about 2 15/16" to get full open hot with a taller backsplash or wall behind the faucet.

First-time owners of a FLOW motion-sensor kitchen faucet

We needed to replace our kitchen faucet and knew we wanted to purchase one that a pull-down sprayer again. After reading so many favorable reviews, we chose the FLOW touchless kitchen faucet in oil-rubbed bronze as our 20th anniversary present to ourselves. The last kitchen pull-down faucet ended up rusting all along the hose. The FLOW has a braided black nylon hose so we fully expect to not have that problem. The color of the faucet goes so well with our Fasade (brand) backsplash panels in oil-rubbed bronze. We're getting used to the touchless system. I can't mark it "excellent" because the sensor at the bottom shuts off while I'm rinsing dishes, which can be a pain. To circumvent the problem, I've been using the pull-down feature. I can also turn it to "manual," but I like the touchless part. I wish the sensor was higher up on the faucet. My husband had to purchase longer hoses to hook it up to our water source because the ones it comes with were not as long as the previous kitchen faucet hoses. (Make sure to check the length before you get started installing so you're not caught at midnight figuring out what to do. lol) Otherwise, I recommend this kitchen faucet for it's utility and attractiveness.

I remodeled my kitchen 2 years ago and the oil rubbed bronze surface on the more expensive faucet I installed is chipping. So, when I saw this on sale I decided to give it a try. The main body feels heavy and good quality. The head is a little light so I am not sure how it will hold up. Installation was pretty straight forward and took about 30-40 minutes by myself. The flow is adjustable and it provides enough. Some newer faucets I have seen have a restrictor that seems lacking in flow so it is nice to be able to adjust the flow. I love the motion activation. It has only been installed for a week and I have already waved my hands at a different sink before remembering it doesn't have motion activation. The color of the faucet is on the dark side for oil rubbed bronze. Hopefully it will lighten up over time.

Mixed

Let me preface this review: there is no problem with the functionality of the faucet itself; it works perfectly and looks beautiful. We get countless compliments and I couldn’t be happier with the look and usability of the unit.

After reading most of the reviews, good, bad and some...

After reading most of the reviews, good, bad and some ugly, I decided to act on this purchase. It has been about a month since install and I am very pleased. The install is so simple compared to other brands that it didn't require a professional. I was very cautious upon install expecting the worse but it was easy. Took 1.5 hours going slow too! The lines were not short for me, and it worked fine without any leaks. I love the auto touch-less feature. One thing people fail to mention is that the sensor is used for both on and off! From the description and others comments seemed like ON only and then timer of 3 mins but if you sway your hand across again it does turn off. My LO loves it, as it makes washing her hands, with short 4yo arms, very accessible and simple. Also reduces the mess and bacteria spread since you don't have to touch anything anymore. I was a little disappointed that the head was not metal but that ok as its less likely to corrode too. Just had to get used to the lighter feel of plastic. But the look and touch is still very nice, could barely notice the difference between the soap dispenser and new faucet look. I definitely recommend this for its value, usefulness, its features, its ease of assembly and its quality. 4.5/5 stars! .5 deduction because its not all metal, but nonetheless im very satisfied
