Excellent Customer Service!
The sensor went out on my faucet after 4 years. I tried everything in the owners manual and I couldn’t get it to work. I emailed the company and they got right back to me within a few hours with suggestions to try. I tried those and it didn’t work again quick response on the part I needed. Gave them my invoice when I purchased the faucet and they said it was covered and sent me the part as soon as they could and my faucet works good as new. Bionidet’s customer service is exceptional! Will definitely recommend their products and buy more in the future. Thank you again for all the time and help.
Nice Faucet - Awesome Customer Service
I was motivated to purchase this when I needed a new faucet and The Home Depot was running a 50% off promotion. Since it cost the same as traditional one-arm arc faucets, I tried it out. Serious leak developed one year later and Bio Bidet sent me a replacement faucet ASAP. Four years after purchase, water started dripping from handle. Bio Bidet immediately sent me the failing part. Two days ago, water stopped flowing at all - suddenly. Replacing batteries didn’t help so I called Bio Bidet and within 5 minutes (or less), they were able to determine the issue was a spray head. Faucet out of warranty so they were going to charge me to purchase the replacement part. But due to some payment processing glitch on their end, they couldn’t charge me but sent the part anyway. Not only that, they were currently out of stock for the spray head that matched the finish of my faucet so they are sending me a non-marching spray head and they will send me a matching spray head when they receive more. Easy, polite, knowledgeable, and professional. Here are the downsides to this product. I think faucets should be problem-free for at least 10 years. Clearly, this faucet is having some issues. However, the builders in this area install Moen kitchen faucets and they have all kinds of problems in less than 5 years. What really bugs me about this faucet is the battery pack. The battery pack is a battery holder that holds four AA batteries in the control box (and it holds the batteries very securely!!). The cover that holds the battery holder in place is awful. And the battery holder is connected to the control box with two short thin/flimsy wires. A common design with other brands is to have the battery holder attached to the control box with strong and long wires that allow the battery holder to be mounted in an easily accessible spot. Although I only have to change the batteries every couple of years with this Bio Bidet faucet, it is a very unpleasant process!! And I seriously worry that I will break a wire, which would be really tough to fix. The battery holder is a terrible design but based on the online user manual, not one thing has changed in the design in six years. All in all, I love the hands-free functionality. But this luxury comes with two hidden costs. First, my guests and visiting family members who use the faucet struggle with it because none of them are used to a motion sensor kitchen faucet. Second, I struggle when I use non-sensor kitchen faucets (because it’s such a nice feature).
Worked great for awhile
Faucet Worked great for awhile, but after about 9 months it stopped working via sensor. Changed batteries...worked for short period of time. Cycled batteries frequently trying to keep it working. Even tried to use High end batteries but didnt really make a difference. Wiggled connection would get it to work. Then the sensor would stop working again after a few days. Not consistent. Finally stopped using sensor as it was too much of a pain when it would not work.
Stops working randomly
We purchased one of these from Costco a few years back. The control box randomly stops working. Batteries replaced, remove all connections and clean. That will buy you a few days. Even in override a valve randomly shuts and it will stop working. Replaced control box and seemed to work but then stops again at random. We entertain and this is such a pain. Don’t recommend. Buy a more reputable brand. We got a good price on this but so many headaches.
Nice Faucet; GREAT Customer Support
I purchase two of these Flow Faucets latter part of 2019. One I installed at my mother's house and the other at mine. May of 2024 my faucet head stopped being able to switch from stream to shower. The spring inside had collapsed. I had not realized the faucet had a 5-year warranty when I contacted Bio Bidet to buy another faucet head. Heidi in customer support was wonderful to work with and informed me I was still under warranty and a new head would be sent to me. When I informed her that my mother's faucet was activating at random without anyone at the sink she warrantied the whole unit and sent a brand new faucet kit for me to install. All she asked was for photos of the old faucet with the lines cut. I was always a fan of these faucets but I am an even bigger fan of their support. If you're on the fence about purchasing any of Bio Bidets products rest assured they are quality products backed by incredible customer support.
Exceptional Customer Service
I bought a Flow Motion Activated Kitchen Faucet when we remodeled our kiichen 6 years ago. Last week the handle broke. After explaining to the rep that the faucet was no longer under warranty but that our house was on the market for sale and I needed to make the repair promptly, The replacement handle arrived just 3 days later! WOW
I've had another Flow faucet for 2 years and overall it's great so I bought another. Unfortunately guests get confused why the handle doesn't work and then shut it off, then the wave won't work. It can also turn on by itself but it will stop after a few minutes. Shiny pots can also trigger it. But not having to get the faucet wet & dirty constantly makes it worth it. I wish this model turned on when you pulled it out like my other more expensive model, but the savings are real without it. I didn't realize the hose pulls out - the spring just looks pretty and doesn't really move.
After 3 months started dripping.
Bought from Lowes and at first we liked the faucet. However, now for two reasons we would not make the same purchase. It started leaking after 3 months of use. In addition my wife and I hate how height of the sensor. For medium and large items the sensor picks them up and shuts off the faucet. You constantly have to turn it back on while cleaning. As for the warranty we are hoping something will be positive and will update the review with our experience.
Great faucet, amazing price
I'm already in love with my new faucet! It was easy to install and it looks great. I have not had a faucet with the motion activated feature before and I really didn't think I'd use it that much, but it is so convenient when you're cooking or washing dishes. I highly recommend it!
This was easy to install but I do think you need a second person to help hold it steady as you're under the sink securing the mounting hardware. It's a great faucet and the touchless option is awesome when you have dirty hands.
Good when it works
We had a faucet from this brand in our previous home that worked well, so when we moved I bought from the same brand. The faucet looks nice, but it’s so hard to do the dishes when the faucet goes off and on by itself with no way to stop it. The 3 minute off makes sense, but the water cuts off and on over and over on its own. It’s so incredibly frustrating. Would absolutely not recommend this faucet unless you want to make a game out of doing dishes.
Poor Quality Control at manufacturer
Overall the faucet is solid. But the one that was delivered to us has a slight bend in the faucet neck. Decided to leave it as is, instead of removing it and hassling with trying to return it. Install was simple. Installation instructions were easy to follow. I just wish quality control actually meant something in 2023. Of course the manufacturer will not see this review so it is just my way to vent.
really great
I really like it! With I’m cooking, i can keep my hands from touching the handle And just motion it to turn on. I have very little plumbing experience and I’m a small woman so it was a challenge removing the old fixture but installing this was EASY. I also didnt drill the battery pack into the wall. I used heavy duty command strips. Which later, made it easy for my husband to remove.
Absolutely love our new faucet
My husband just installed the Flow by BEMIS. Motion Activated Kitchen Faucet. Oh my goodness…. This faucet has made my life 💯% easier. Everything I do is so much easier. I love this faucet and will recommend it to all my friends on St. George Island, Fl. Thank you for such a phenomenal faucet!
A well made Great Faucet with so many features
Bought this Faucet a month ago and is very well made, sturdy, elegant, hands free option is a must to have, with great features such as detachable hose and 2 different stream settings. The brushed nickel is beautiful and simple to clean. The shape that it has is very ergonomic. Very recommendedable and its built with great quality products.
Honest Review
The motion activation is a great idea for saving water when washing dishes and for a quick on/off switch when constantly having to run the water. It can be slightly annoying as it can turn off when you dont intend it too such as in the middle of rinsing dishing. When this happens repeatedly, the slight annoyance turns into medium irritation. Sometime when you come to turn on the tap, you find that the sensor has been activated at some point by some motion between then and when you last turned the tap off. Besides this mild inconvenience, the faucet itself is fine. I like the simplistic design and the height of the faucet is useful for washing large items like chopping boards and blenders. The extension is quite good. The water pressure is good too on both settings and the buttons are easy to use without looking and has a convenient pause/stop feature to prevent water spilling when stretching the neck beyond the bounds of the sink.
Expensive, but Worth it - With 1 Flaw
This isn't the cheapest of IR-activated / touch control faucets, but it's by far the easiest one I have ever installed. The hardest part of the job was removing the existing unit. Mouting hardware makes it a real breeze, and it's a particularly nice touch that hoses are included I the product design, making it super easy to thread them through the mounting hole in the sink and countertop.
LOVE MY NEW FAUCET
I have to say, I love my new faucet. 1) The installation was really easy. Other faucets I've done had been more time consuming, but not this. Everything was easy to do. 2) No more touching the handle. One of my pet peeves is touching the handle with raw chicken hands or stuff all over them. The touch sensor eliminates the need to touching it. 3) Looks. When you go into someone's home and you see a kitchen faucet like this, you tend to think how it would look in yours. Well, now that I have one, it looks really good in mine. Overall, I'm really happy and please with my purchase.
Good, but not great.
I brought this from Home Depot and I am hoping that the quality gives me years of no issues. However, I am slightly concerned. Installation was okay, but could use some better directions. When installing the outlet hose to the control box. Don’t have the control box secured to the wall/cabinet completely. Hold the control box in one hand and with other hand gently push the outlet hose onto the control box until you hear it snap into place. At first I did it with the control box secured to the cabinet and when I pushed the hose on, I thought it clicked. However, when I turned on the water, the outlet hose popped of and water everywhere. My two other areas of concern are the battery compartment will not stay closed once batteries are installed. Had to use electrical tape to keep it closed. My last item of concern is the quality of the supply hoses for the faucet. The flexible metal mesh around the hose is quite thin and easily pinched if not careful when connecting to the water supply. Be careful. As anything, time will tell.
Worked fine for a short while and now doesn’t
Purchased this faucet for the hands-free feature and here I am a short time later with a faucet that doesn’t have a hands-free feature. My sensor doesn’t work and replaced all the batteries. The unit pulsates and the sensor blinks repeated on each phase of water pulse. They offer zero troubleshooting info on this in manual or online.
