Works very well, but I struggled initially to loosen the nut that holds it together to enable installation. Then I had little trouble with the install that took less than 10 minutes.. no tools needed.

This product instruction is wrong so that I was not able to install it correctly. I'm able to install it correct after checking youtube since someone mentioned this product instruction is wrong.

Good quality product and easy to install

Had difficulty opening the package. Very thick plastic and easy to cut yourself. Then unable to separate the parts to install on my toilet. So now I have a part I can't install myself and have to get someone to assist. In the mean time, I went and purchased another brand and installed it because I needed to be able to flush my toilet. I have no idea if the product is any good or not because I can't install it.

Good product, easy install

Not a universal perfect fit! It works if you rig it with a paper clip. Not ideal.

Lever was to big for my tank did not work

Easy to install. Only problem was the arm was too high in tank for chain to hook it properly without putting pressure on flapper. Tank would occasionally run without flushing.I fixed it by heating the arm a little and banding it lower.

Installation was easy and it performs as it was expected. Installed approximately 10 days ago.

It said universal but didn't fit my toilet. Even with the adjustable lever it still didn't fit correctly.

it a bit confusing when you first try to install due to complex look but once you see how it goes together it very simple you almost need no tools to install it just make sure you test fit everything befooer you lock it down
