Mediocre Manufacturing
This light fixture is a very nice design concept. However, IMO, it falls short in the area of manufacturing engineering (I've been in medical device design, development, and manufacturing for 35 years (Quality Assurance management)). Unfortunately, the manufacturer of the product did not execute the proper "machine set-up fixturing" which, in this case, resulted in holes being tapped / drilled that are slightly off-axis to the main horizontal support-beam. The effect of this manufacturing engineering problem is that the light shades (which are affixed to the support-beam) are not completely perpendicular to that beam. It's not a problem that some people would even notice and it's not a functional problem, but it would have been very easy to keep from happening from the beginning. This chandelier looks very nice. I was not able to install it though as it was defective. It was missing the grounding wire. So I returned it for a refund.
