FALSE ADVERTISING: not 1000 cfm

Quite a few issues here-- first of all the listing says this is a 1000 CFM unit. This is not true. The manual in the box says it maxes out at 580 under laboratory conditions. And if you open the manual pdf on this page, you will see "1000" listed in the specs, but the units there are cubic meters per hour... This is in the 500 range when in the units of CFM (cubic feet per minute). Blatant false advertising here, despicable.... I contacted the manufacturer about this inconsistency and they said "The Equivalent CFM provided by FOTILE refers to the sum of the suction and discharge effects of the range hood." .... So by adding the air in + air out, they get 2x the real CFM and report that nonsense number on this listing.

Fangtai deceives consumers

, what happened: On September 20, 2021, we purchased a five-piece FOTILE electronics set (range hood, gas range, steam oven, convection oven, and 3-in-1 sink dishwasher). We had to pre-order because the dealer didn't have it in stock. Because our family has not decided when to decorate, we reached an agreement with Fang Tai to postpone the delivery. We specifically purchased a 3-in-1 sink dishwasher model SD2F-p1X. $1499.00 (after rebates) $1299.00, ships September 30, 2022. After installing the sink dishwasher in late February 2023, it was discovered that the fittings were missing. We contacted the US FOTILE distributor and clarified the ld FOTILE situation. Contact FOTILE US corporate office. We were told that the sink dishwasher we received did not include the accessories we expected and that the actual item we ordered was not sold in the US. We were told the voltage (240v) for the 3 in 1 sink dishwasher is not suitable for use in the US. Without prior notice to us, Fotile was shipping the same look for the low price of $899.00. Model: p3. 2-in-1 sink dishwasher to us. We bought 6-gauge wire and let electrician install it. After finding the error. We communicated with FOTILE and the dealer many times. Tell us that we can only refund the difference or exchange the goods. Now because of Fangtai's mistakes, it has brought us big consequences. 1: The hole size of the quartz countertop is wrong, 2: The cabinet size is wrong, 3: We need to pay the electrician again to reinstall the 6-gauge wire, outlet and circuit breaker 。 We installed the wrong size dishwasher. Angry at Fangtai’s deception. Remind more consumers to be cautious when purchasing Fotile’s products, and strongly request Fangtai to give us a reasonable answer
