The product was just what I ordered, great quality, very timely ship date, arrived on time & undamaged. Just arrived so haven’t tried to assemble them yet.

Beware! Insanely difficult to hang. Make sure you have extra help, plenty of time and patience. If you're going to hang two side by side by side for a double sink vanity, getting them exactly level with each other is tough. The teeny tiny Allen wrench included is what you'll use to tighten once up, and adjust the tilt. This step took forever. Cleaning is hard too, since they don't seem sturdy enough to wipe without holding it. They creak and feel insecure.
Came shattered but received a refund right away
First one arrived shattered. It’s not packaged very well. Second one was good. Looks great but mounting is difficult. 100 need two people to mount.

We bought two of these mirrors for a double sink vanity and although I love them, my husband said they were very difficult to install and he had to cut parts to make the side hangers fit. Lucky for us, he's a contractor but many customers may find this challenging.
The mirror is lovely now that it's up. However there were no instruction on how to mount, nor any hardware included. I got an "open box" mirror but was charged for a new item. It ended up costing me considerable dollars to hire someone to install.

inadequate mirror and did not get my return back
Mirror fasteners did not fit so the mirror could not be attached:also the areas where the mirrior was held was inadequate for the weight of the mirror. I sent the mirror back and have not heard about my return
