Serves its purpose
The hooks are nice but please pay attention to the dimensions on the website, we expected them to be bigger. The package arrived ahead of the predicted time. The hooks were individually packaged and had to be attached to the board (not a big deal, one machine screw per hook was included). The board itself had a few nicks on the edges (minor splinter hazard), but not noticeable once mounted to the wall. Overall, this purchase will serve its purpose.
Perfectly Simple
This is a solid simple coat rack for jackets. It is just what we needed.
Supplier doesn't ship
Ordered December 7th for delivery by December 12th, it's not December 16th and hasn't even shipped yet. Called customer service with no help, they say they can't cancel the order and I have to return it if I receive it in the future. So now I've been charged for a product I haven't received and they say they can't cancel the order even though it hasn't even shipped.
