Beautiful sink. Works perfectly in my small space.

Looks beautiful but poorly constructed. Drawer does not slide easily. Top drawer in description appears like a functional drawer but is not.

Average Quality Product

Average quality. The material is not very strong to mount on the wall.

Good looking unit with poor build quality

The medicine cabinet was in good shape. It appears that there was a mistake at the factory when installing the handles for the drawers. There were extra holes drilled that had been filled, which does not look good. When the contractor tried to install the included handles, that was not really possible because the second set of holes, for the included hardware, were at an angle. Things happen in manufacturing, but Fresca has not returned any emails or phone calls. This is disappointing because otherwise it looks good and the problem could easily be fixed by sending me a replacement drawer. It's a tough time for companies, but over the course of a couple of weeks, a manufacturer should be able to find time to at least respond in some way to inquiries.

Low Quality - Fresca does not have contact info.

I purchased this and had it installed by a professional. The dimensions on the units are not exact, so the unit is slightly crooked by 1/8"-1/4" no matter how you install it.The holes on the handles were completely off and as a result, I had to install knobs instead of using the handles. The quality of this product is very low, It looks like a $100.00 item you buy from a cheap store, certainly not a level of $1000.00 item.Fresca, the manufacturer, has not contact information to address the quality issues. I guess this is so that they don't have to accept accountability for their low quality product.

Cabinet lack refinement, and top drawer is fake non functional but with a handle. . Cost is to high for the quality. The top quartz slab is not properly polished. . The delivery system was the worst part with first unit broken and second arrived with long lead time, however vanity is here and wait for installation.

Arrived and installed by my contractor so I can't comment on how it was to unbox or install myself. Overall it's OK nice but I am a little underwhelmed too. I'm having some difficulty with the lower center drawer which is misaligned and doesn't quite line up left-right with the panel above it and also when shut it doesn't quite evenly close and I had to adjust the hinges of one of the cabinet doors for clearance. Beware that the cabinets on either side of the vanity have handles such that if you mount this in a corner against a wall, the handle of the cabinet door will dig into the wall and prevent the door from fully opening. The best answer is they should have mounted the handles on the cabinets vertically and inboard rather than horizontally. This would alleviate most of this issue. The medicine cabinet is OK but do note that it is nearly 100% symmetrical except for invisible cutouts on the bottoms of the doors for your hand. Our contractor accidentally mounted it the first time upside down. The medicine cabinet also has no back to it (unless it got accidentally thrown away I'm not sure?) so when you open it, you see the wall through the back which makes it seem a little incomplete. I'm also struggling with the countertop. It's just plain hard to keep looking clean. There are a couple of imperfections that I thought were dirt but appear to be molded in. I also have what looks like a dirty handprint on it maybe from installation but it won't come clean. Also I didn't see if the backsplash panel was pre-installed or not, but the instructions make it look like it was and if it was, I suspect mine's upside down. Instead of being smooth, the top edge has a cross-hatch rough grain to it that almost looks like it should be facing down against the counter. If it came out of the box this way, it's a defect but I'm not about to swap things out now (too late). It's not overly noticeable (took me a couple of weeks to notice) but it doesn't spell quality if it came like that. Doors and drawers are all soft-close but the drawer does require a little push (see above re: alignment) to fully seat it closed and all of them still result in a bit of of a loud tap-noise, so I'll be putting in little felt pads to quiet them. All in all it isn't bad but I'm not overly thrilled with this purchase. Less

Like all but not enough storage space, since top drawers looked like they may open but do not! And bottom drawers are not full drawers!
