We recently remodeled a very small bathroom. A floating vanity would help to make it feel bigger. We love everything about it except one thing. The mounting system that comes with it is inadequate for the task. We removed the flimsy metal mounts and installed a full-length French Cleat.
Horrible install
I bought this in the floor unopened box on clearance for way less than full price. Great deal I thought quartz counters! A Medicine cabinet AND the faucet is included. WOW awesome. Was an absolute biotch to install. 1. THERE ARE NO INSTRUCTIONS. A SMALL PIECE OF PAPER WITH PICTURES. NO WRITTEN. 2. It comes with four dinky brackets that are used with plastic wall anchors and four tiny hooks on the vanity … this thing is extremely heavy with a quartz counter and porcelain sink, which weren’t even on yet, these “anchors” are about strong enough for a picture frame. It was pulling out of the wall before even putting the counter on. So we had to get two 3/4 inch boards to mount to the studs and mount the vanity to that and studs, thankfully they left a gap for this to be done.
It’s overpriced for the quality.
The product brackets are very flimsy and does not hold the vanity to the wall. I used extra products to secure to the wall. Instructions are vague and nothing about securing the top or sink is included. The sink is very uneven and just sits insecurely on the top of the granite/counter. top material.
Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for when designing my new bathroom Mirror and faucet were also a Wayfair purchase
Modern, well made floating vanity
We got 2 of these for our new build. They came with the sink and counter separate which was great because it is all heavy and well made. We built our own structure to secure the cabinet to the walls/studs (it is a LOT of weight for a floating cabinet to rely on 2 tiny brackets). With that modification, I am looking forward to the cabinet having a long life. It looks great, same as the pictures. I also hung an LED mirror above.
Do not purchase extremely poor quality.
The quality of this product is extremely poor within 3 months, the paint started to falling off the doors. In the area where the paint fell off, the particle board started to expand.
Looks great, but will it stay on the wall?
When we updated our bathroom we were drawn to the clean modern look of this vanity... and it looked as good in our renovated bathroom as it did on the website. Unfortunately we had the same problem as the 1st reviewer of this product. It came off the wall. We still love the look of the vanity - but we would caution other buyers to not trust the wall mounting hardware supplied with the product.
Really bad product. Bad manufacturer customer service.
Very poor quality and warranty service
Not recommend at all for this vanity. Mounting bracket did not hold the weight, Defected paint on vanity doors/draw, hairly crack on the sink, and customer service on warranty claim is terrible, submitted the claim 3 weeks ago, still waiting and haven't heard anything back
Looks good - gray but could me taller maybe 10" to accommodate another drawer - technically I expect it to be roomier. The top not impressive also. For what I paid it could be better. Also it has fake top drawer with handle ... everybody trying to pull it and after a little handle gets loose - you need tight screws from inside.
The vanity looks great and I love the look of the all white quartz top and the clean lines. It has exactly the look I was going for . . . and should make cleaning a breeze.I knew when I bought it that the top drawer was only a false panel, not a drawer, but it would have been nice to have two drawers. The cabinet seems well constructed and my contractor didn’t have any issues installing it. When my new guest bath is complete, I will try to update with photos.
Terrible product
Everything about this vantity screams poor craftsmanship. The quartz appears to have been patched. The splash guard is curved and doesnt sit flush with the countertop. The 4 exisiting wall brackets doesn’t provide adequate support for the unit. The two poorly constructed top wall brackets started bending outward just one day after installation and we ended having to add our own shelf brackets to make sure the vanity doesn’t end up tipping over. This is our contractor’s second time installing this same vanity and he also suggested that it should’ve come with at least 6 wall brackets.

Wrong size. Wrong color. Returned. Ordered elsewhere.
Cabinet lack refinement, and top drawer is fake non functional but with a handle. . Cost is to high for the quality. The top quartz slab is not properly polished. . The delivery system was the worst part with first unit broken and second arrived with long lead time, however vanity is here and wait for installation.
Arrived and installed by my contractor so I can't comment on how it was to unbox or install myself. Overall it's OK nice but I am a little underwhelmed too. I'm having some difficulty with the lower center drawer which is misaligned and doesn't quite line up left-right with the panel above it and also when shut it doesn't quite evenly close and I had to adjust the hinges of one of the cabinet doors for clearance. Beware that the cabinets on either side of the vanity have handles such that if you mount this in a corner against a wall, the handle of the cabinet door will dig into the wall and prevent the door from fully opening. The best answer is they should have mounted the handles on the cabinets vertically and inboard rather than horizontally. This would alleviate most of this issue. The medicine cabinet is OK but do note that it is nearly 100% symmetrical except for invisible cutouts on the bottoms of the doors for your hand. Our contractor accidentally mounted it the first time upside down. The medicine cabinet also has no back to it (unless it got accidentally thrown away I'm not sure?) so when you open it, you see the wall through the back which makes it seem a little incomplete. I'm also struggling with the countertop. It's just plain hard to keep looking clean. There are a couple of imperfections that I thought were dirt but appear to be molded in. I also have what looks like a dirty handprint on it maybe from installation but it won't come clean. Also I didn't see if the backsplash panel was pre-installed or not, but the instructions make it look like it was and if it was, I suspect mine's upside down. Instead of being smooth, the top edge has a cross-hatch rough grain to it that almost looks like it should be facing down against the counter. If it came out of the box this way, it's a defect but I'm not about to swap things out now (too late). It's not overly noticeable (took me a couple of weeks to notice) but it doesn't spell quality if it came like that. Doors and drawers are all soft-close but the drawer does require a little push (see above re: alignment) to fully seat it closed and all of them still result in a bit of of a loud tap-noise, so I'll be putting in little felt pads to quiet them. All in all it isn't bad but I'm not overly thrilled with this purchase.
A lot of problems...
I bought this product online. The medicine cabinet was easy to install. When it came time to hang the vanity, we ran into several problems.First, it took over an hour just to measure the brackets on the wall and align them with the back of the vanity. The instructions were not clear at all.We finally screwed the brackets into the wall. The brackets seemed very flimsy and were "secured" into the wall by cheap plastic anchors. We hung the vanity onto the brackets. The vanity was leaning forward, and there was a large gap between it and the wall, although we followed the instructions the best we could. Then we attached the heavy countertop/sink to the vanity. The whole unit immediately collapsed from the wall. Three of the four cheap brackets became bent from the weight, and the fourth bracket ripped completely from the drywall. When it fell, the tracks from the slide-out drawer broke and tore apart the composite board. We had to use JB Weld to replace strips of the composite board, drill new pilot holes, and reattach the track. In a new effort to hang the vanity, we decided to screw the back of the vanity directly into the wall using toggle bolts into the drywall and wood screws into the studs. This process only took 20 minutes and was 10x more secured than the cheap brackets provided by the manufacturer. After all of this, we discovered that we were missing the faucet, P-trap, and drain hardware. I went to Home Depot to see if I could get replacement parts. Since it was an online order, they made me call the general customer service number. They said the only way that they could send me new parts was if I returned the whole product and they would send me a while new one. I explained to them that everything was already installed and attached to my wall. They finally agreed to refund me a small percentage of the cost, which allowed me to shop for a new faucet, P-trap and drain hardware. All in all, customer service for Home Depot wasn't bad, but I would highly recommend finding another product just to avoid these headaches. After reading another review, they were missing the same parts that I was missing as well.
5 Stars
Beautiful, sturdy, not bulky, and easy to clean. Everyone who visits my guest bathroom comments on it. Was not easy to mount and had to add extra mounting materials but worth it. The price of this item was a giveaway considering that it has marble countertop and porcelain sink and construction is solid. Love this purchase!!
Very nice modern vanity, white
Very nice modern vanity, white quartz top and vessel sink. Can't wait to see it installed. It will make our guest bath clean and lovely. Vanity door had a mfg defect but DecorPlanet rectified that issue nicely. Waiting on the new door now. DecorPlanet is surprisingly efficient in this day and age. Recommend them highly. Thx.
Vanity & Sink
This vessel sink was delivered quick. I was charged $99 for S&H which I thought it was ridiculous, I contacted the seller Erick and he was nice enough to call me back and minus the $99. the owner of bathroom marketplace has went above and beyond for me. whatever problem i had with my purchase he made it his business to contact me directly by phone. He addressed any and all of my concerns. So if there is anyone wanting to purchase anything from bathroom marketplace please don't hesitate, you will not regret your purchase. Besides, you would gain a new friend. For the most part, my 30" vanity and sink is beautiful!!
