Ordered online. Delivered to the store, but they could not locate it. Information suggested it was at the store, but it was not in the store. I made trip to USPS. Then returned to HD store. Had three HD people involved. Eventually a postal lockbox was found, then the key was found, then the package was retrieved. The online description was inadequate to properly order correct part. So, I returned wrong parts for credit and reordered with the assistance of appliance sales clerk. Jesse at return desk was very helpful and tried hard to locate the package.

Protocol is to have customers not only return the already shipped item before they send the missing part but pay another full purchase price for another one and then they can issue me a refund.

product was broken. A refrigerator tech from Frigidaire came to the house to inspect the fridge, he said that the purchased part was defective. We lost a $250 catering order and about $200 worth of groceries due to water leaks and an imbalance in temperature causing everything to freeze. Not about the money, just frustrating since time is valuable and no one in my family had time to keep coming home to issues with a fridge. Home Depot sales people were A+ however, this is nobody's fault just a faulty part.

Too expensive. If the filter has to be replaced every 6 months the cost is approx $100/yr. Not acceptable
