The stove top came without the correctly sized rods to install the charcoal filter. It also came damaged (slight bend on the corner which has created a sharp edge) which we didn't notice until we installed it. The directions were unclear and the wires to install were very short making it hard to manage. We will be taking it out and returning it.

[Rewarded Review] Great Hood!

This range hood is exactly what I was looking for. Nothing super fancy. Two fan speeds, not too noisy even with fan an higher speed. 2 level of light. It replaced an over-the range microwave and this hood fits "perfect" into the cavity where microwave used to be. My kitchen is compact size, so I got the white that blends well with all of my other appliances. Very happy with my purchase!

[Rewarded Review] beware, seems like big hassle

Ordered 5 months ago, had to return replies to bestbuy over and over due to bestbuy stating over and over that there was delays on delivery. To this day as many times as we have replied to reschedule delivery, we are still without and bestbuy again wanting us to reschedule delivery. Big joke. And it was paid for when I ordered 5 months ago. 1 Big pain.

Another product that I have not received yet many errors have been made on this product first they sent the wrong color then they told me they had the correct one at the Warehouse, but then somebody called me and said they won't have it until the 25th of February.

Would shop at ZORO again but would not buy this hood again.

Loved working with ZORO. Easy, professional, great price, arrived fast, arrived packed well. The range hood itself (made by Frigidaire) is not so great because when you turn the fan on the heat from the oven comes out the top of the hood right into my newly painted cabinets and they get HOT. Our old fan blew out into the kitchen not up into the cabinets. But it is installed so we are keeping it and are going to try and devise something to divert the heat out into the room instead of up into our cabinets where the heat will eventually cause damage.

Easy Order and Delivery

The range hood itself was cheap looking but ordering and delivery were amazing! Our contractor threw the box away after it was installed so we were unable to return it for a refund so it became a nice donation to Habitat for Humanity. I would never order this range hood again but I would definitely order from this company again.

It looks really good with my new kitchen but had to find a person who can install this as I didn't realize that it doesn't come with plug in ready condition. If you are not handy, get best buy to install this for you or find someone else. It works very well though.
