Great light. Nice glass globe

Great light. Nice to have a glass globe. Wish it came with Dusk to Dawn. Shipping was very slow.

Good quality, looks great

I'm very satisfied with the quality of this light. Installation was straightforward: the mounting bracket was pretty standard and everything was as expected. Beveled glass panels look great. I'm going to purchase a second set (I bought two for my walk-in door, and wanted to check the quality before buying anotgher set for my overhead garage door).

Unsatisfactory

The glass light cover did not seem to fit with the metal portion of the fixture. We finally got the glass on the fixture, only to have it shatter leaving only the top ring of the glass still in the fixture. Could probably just replace the glass with something that actually fit correctly but can’t find anything.

Ordered 8 of these and they are gorgeous ! They all arrived in beautiful condition and were packed incredibly well. Haven’t installed them yet so can’t give any insight on that. They were larger than expected, which is what we were hoping for. Stunning lights !!!

Dramatic Difference with these lights

We ordered these to add some drama to our front garage. They are large and made a huge impact. Nice quality for the price.

Design flaw or mismatched parts

Before my trip to Lowe's to buy THREE of these lights, i checked my store inventory status which says 62 available, get to the store, ask an associate for help cause i can't find them and it is determined they are not there and are probably now special order items. OK.... next day i order them online, wait a week for notification and go pick them up. The directions sheet that is included contain 4 different graphics of 4 other style lights that DO NOT apply to this one !! OK....the wiring was simple enough to do however the frosted globes do not fit in the bracket properly...too small to be tightened to not fallout or hang evenly in the bracket. My fiance confirmed these issues with me so I'm not crazy and i can hang a new light. I will be returning these items expecting a full refund. The next lights that i purchase will exist at the store level with a working example in front of me. I would of included pics but didn't realize i could of add pics to a review i didn't plan on leaving so they are already packed up for my store return. Thanks...Don Less

Decent Fixture, Problematic Mounting

We bought these fixtures because of their unique look. When we got them, they seemed like pretty good construction (die cast metal and glass). They are also marked as suitable for wet locations (not just damp as described on this site). Unfortunately, the mounting is problematic. They come with standard straight cross bars with a 1/8 IPS nipple in the middle. However, the mounting hole for the nipple on the fixture itself is offset about 1.25in below center. As a result, when mounted, the fixture sits about 1.25in above the centerline of the electrical box. This causes two problems. First, the fixture canopy doesn't cover the whole electrical box, so you can see the corner openings (even on a single gang). Second, the crossbar has to be trimmed so it doesn't stick out from behind the canopy. A special purpose crossbar is really needed for this. The kicker is that they don't include wire nuts either. The fixture is fine, but there is too much of a hassle in mounting it. We'll make a custom piece of metal to offset the center nipple and center the fixture again. Otherwise, we'd return these. Less
