Didn’t feel like the same mattress in the store

We spent an hour testing several mattresses in the store (not one person was around to help us by the way). The one we liked the most was the Serta iComfortECO plush mattress. We spent about 20 minutes lying on it and it felt like the perfect one. What we had delivered was nowhere near what we tested out. It had the plush pillow top but that was negated by the concrete-like layer underneath. We wanted soft and we ended up with a rock hard bed. We felt like they sent a completely different model even though the labels showed what we ordered. We even tried it out for a couple of weeks but the back pain was unbearable so we returned immediately.

Better nights rest

We originally picked a softer mattress but after trying it out on the showroom floor we knew this firmer mattress was the right choice. We were looking for a queen but chose the king size since the queen looked small but it definitely is much bigger than expected but we are happy with our choice!

Perfect!

After the first night of sleep on this new mattress I woke up with literally no pain in my body, anywhere! With our old mattress I would wake up every morning with a sore back and my hips would ache. Not with this one! Thanks for the great night sleep Serta.

Getting great sleep!

I want to start by saying we switched to this bed from a Serta iComfort. We’d had it for a few years and I just wasn’t getting the back support I needed anymore. I ordered this bed before sleeping on it as I needed a change and thought going back to a more traditional style mattress would be best. I’ll admit, I was skeptical - especially after sitting on it once it was delivered and thinking I’d made a terrible mistake. But! After sleeping on it a few nights I started to realize this is a freakin great mattress! I have chronic back problems and the support I get is perfect. I feel it’s not truly “plush”, so if you’re looking for something fairly soft/cushy - this isn’t it. It’s definitely a very supportive plush.

Wonderful mattress

We love this mattress. It is so comfortable. Even though it is rated as a firm bed I find it very soft and comfortable. I love its cool technology so you don't overheat as you sleep. It is in my daughter's bedroom. She loves the upgraded bed. It is high quality as well, the stitching is nice, the fabric is high quality, and the technology of the bed is unique to Serta.

I love this bed

Life-changing sleep this bed is so darn comfortable. My wife and I have had back issues. She sleeps cold, and I sleep really hot. This Bird has given us or leave her back issues and even her how hot or cold ballfields gotten better we definitely feel more rested on. This is probably one of the better choices I’ve made for what goes into the Bedroom

"Toss and Turn Free!!!"

Absolutely amazing mattress! I'm 5'4" and my husband is 6'1". He's a side sleeper, I'm a back. This mattress conforms and supports our bodies individually. Very well-made. Neither of us feel any lumps,bumps or coils. I'm environmentally conscience. I love that this is manufactured using 70% sustainable materials. The cooling technology and breathable material are all an added plus! We're getting great sleep and waking-up without dampness. Great height, we get in and out of bed with ease. No more tossing or turning to get comfortable!

Great Mattress for back sleepers!

The iComfortECO™ Q15GL has served me, a back sleeper, very well since I put it on top of my platform bed. It has just the right amount of "plushiness" and just the right amount of feedback or "bounce" for my liking. I don't like to sink into a bed and feel like it is a struggle to roll out of my crater, so the support is greatly appreciated. For what it's worth, my wife is a side sleeper and she had to add a body pillow to her side when we started sleeping on this mattress. The iComfortECO stays cool all night and works just fine with our zero-clearance adjustable frame.

Firm but comfortable

If your looking for a firm bed that supports you while you sleep but still is comfortable than this Serta icomforteco mattress is for you. This mattress has given me nights of great sleep. It sleeps cool and not hot like some mattresses can. I replaced my old queen with this one and it's a true queen size mattress. It did have some stitching on the corner that was ripped but it didn't run or tear any more. I really enjoy this mattress. It's firm with some push to it still. You don't feel any coils poking through and it is not lumpy. I would definitely recommend Serta for any mattress needs.

Icomfort mattress

This is by far the comfiest mattress I have ever laid on. I have always bought Serta mattresses so I knew the quality would be there but I wasn’t expecting this amount of comfortably with support. I have back and neck injuries so I need support but also prefer a soft fluffy mattress, this somehow gives both. It’s soft to touch but once you lay down it conforms to your body. It’s heavy and very well made. I wake up feeling really well rested were my old mattresses I would toss and turn. It says cool throughout the night which is a huge relief for myself a hot sleeper.

So comfortable!

I have had many beds in my lifetime. This one by far is the most comfortable. I am a very hot sleeper. I try to use thin blankets but most mattresses are like ovens, reflecting my body heat back at me. This one, with its green natural fibers and cooling technology, not only assuages my guilt over the environment but also keeps me cool as a cucumber. I love it. So soft with pressure releasing technology giving it that just right feeling of soft to firm ratio. I would recommend this to anyone who asks.

Soft as a Feather!

I wish this was a king size. This mattress is everything you need for a restful night sleep. My 9 year old daughter got to have this as she has a queen bed. When I can't sleep, I go to her room. The mattress is so soft it is like sleeping on a cloud. It also keeps you cool while sleeping. She is definitely a person who sweats and now she does not wake up soaked!

Feels great, probably the best sleep we’ve got!

I got this Serra icomforteco mattress about a month ago and immediately put it on the bed my wife and I sleep on. The mattress it replaced was more than 10 years old and had started to develop “dips” where each of us sleep. This of course being brand new is was perfect out of the box. Ours is the plush but it is jot super soft but soft enough for our comfort without feeling like you’re sinking to the bottom. I will say this mattress felt pretty good from the first night

Size: I have the queen size and it is a true queen. The mattress fit nicely on my bed frame and my sheets and quilt fit perfectly.

No More Aches and Pains When I Sleep
