Firmer than I thought it would be

No real sink in plushness, quite firm. The King is heavy. Was trying to get away from using a topper with my new bed….whole reason to buy a new bed, however, now I’m back with GhostBed offering me a top.per. The the top they sent is not their advertised topper in their online pictures…..likely just one F the foams in the bed….so I don’t know. It does feel better with the topper they sent, but it is still now the ‘feel’ I was hoping for. Bed may be returned, but I hear there is hassle in doing that. !?!?

Ling, restful and undisturbed sleeps!

When we first got our GhostBed, I was concerned it might be too hard. It was my initial reaction and fear, but it did not last a night! It perfectly supports my sidestepping and front sleeping without causing stress points that sometimes cause people to toss and turn. By far, my favourite feature is that there is NO TRANSFER! I never feel my spouse toss or turn or even wake to use the washroom which means I never get woken up at night anymore. The other feature I love is that it is not hot. I sleep hot and used to wake up on our other foam mattress at night because I was overheating. Problem solved with our GhostBed.

At first I didn't sleep well, but I also woke up not feeling like I was 80! My back pain is much better than using the expensive mattress I got from Sears (Serta)(both mattresses cost about the same) I am giving 4 out of 5 because I am still unsure about the mattress, it's a little hard. I was really upset when it came in a box, but pleasantly surprised by the comfort. My partner is sleeping like a log and absolutely loves it. He wakes up feeling good without the back/neck pain.

Supportive bed, might suck you in during the night, edge support is meh

I like the GhostBed. For me, it's extremely comfortable to fall asleep in and feels supportive. The material is dense and I actually think the cooling technology works. I was worried because my partner and I are both on the heavier side in terms of weight and I've had an online hybrid mattress before from a different company that was just way too "sink-y." GhostBed does much better at that, but I did pair it with a heavy duty bedframe to give it as much help as possible. The main reasons for 4 stars instead of 5 are that (1) in the morning I do feel like I'm a little sunken into the bed (although falling asleep feels great) and (2) the edge support, especially at the corners, isn't great. Actually, the edges never popped up all the way after unboxing. Not sure how that will do over time. Like other reviews said, the free pillows are great! They're so cold after they've been sitting for a while they almost feel wet. We may order more.

My husband and I had been sleeping on a terrible innerspring mattress for the last several years. We are both stomach and side sleepers and started to experience pretty significant hip and back pain (me) and neck pain (him). We finally decided enough was enough and it was time for a new mattress.
