So far so good

I only have had a brief time to sleep on it, and it’s still breaking in but it’s quite comfy and feels like solid construction. Just fair warning for others wondering about the firmness - this mattress to my taste is quite firm. Lots of reviews say it’s a medium or slightly softer if you watch YouTube reviews. I am 120 lbs, 5’2 side and back sleeper and my partner is 6’4, 200 lbs side sleeper mostly - we BOTH find it to be around a 7-7.5 out of 10. Typically we have found mattresses to be different but this one we agree on the firmness :) we realize it’ll likely soften up a bit as we are in the break in period. But keeping in mind this mattress has 2 inches of comfort foam (not a ton). So basically the support is excellent but anyone looking for something truly medium may want to look elsewhere. I would rate it a proper medium firm to firm. This mattress has just a hint of memory foam hug 🤗 and does feel exceptionally lovely for back sleeping 😴 Less

From a Sleep Number to the Flex Hybrid

Coming from a higher end Sleep Number and liked what I saw and read about GhostBed so we gave it a shot. It's been almost a month and my sleep quality has been excellent. The rigidity of the sides is better than the Sleep Number by a lot and the overall comfort is on par with the SN that cost 3x what the Flex Hybrid did.I have 101 nights to be sure but I already am... Excellent quality mattress and fast (and free) delivery to my door. Set up was easy and kind of entertaining to watch it inflate itself and it has been cool and comfortable from the first night.Thanks GhostBed!

Definitely an upgrade

My new mattress is a much-needed upgrade from my old Kingsdown pillow-top mattress that had started to sag. I am a side sleeper and my pressure points left so sore. I somehow missed the info in the listing for this bed that it's NOT recommended for side sleepers. The memory foam layer is a lot thinner than I expected. Fortunately, I still have the 3-inch memory foam topper from my previous bed, so that adds some help for the way I like to sleep.

A Hauntingly Supernatural Sleep

This bed is exceptional. I wanted soft. My SO wanted firm. I was nervous that my hips were going to hurt like they've been in our current bed. GhostBed is a dream come true. After one year of deliberation we pulled the trigger. If you're on the fence, JUST GET IT! GhostBed was easy to order. 6 months no interest. Was delivered in 4 days. I've never had a better bed.

Super comfortable

The bed is cold to the touch, not cool, cold which is great for me. The coldness goes away depends on the sheets that you have so essentially it is adjustable in temp with the right bed sheets. The bed itself is super soft, not firm, it coddles you. However it still provides support. My only qualm is when using a fitted sheet, there is no rigidity on the frame of the bed itself so it tightened to look like a marshmallow so your bed somewhat have empty space between it and the frame.

Super comfy!

I'm not a fan of tempur pedic mattresses so I was hesitant to get the GhostBed but a friend said they had the original GhostBed for 6 years now and they still absolutely love it. I have to say it is a very comfortable mattress. If you really do not like the feel of a tempur pedic mattress, then you probably will not like this one. It does sleep a little warm but not hot. I am glad I got the Flex Hybrid, as it has the support I was looking for in my new mattress. I would recommend it.

Best sleep ever!

What a wonderful surprise! At my age -72- I have purchased many mattresses over the years. This is, by far, my best ever. It began with the purchase process!!Then the delivery was outstanding. Setup was easy for my daughter and grandson to complete!And then…… the first night was the best ever. I have met my sleep goal every night! Fewer aches and pains during the night have made this possible.Do not hesitate to give Ghost Bed a chance to prove to you what a great nights sleep can do for you!

Very happy with it

I like the hybrid style. After years of sleeping on all-foam mattresses, it's nice to have some bounce. My husband and I are average weight, but our last mattress was not supporting our hips anymore and this mattress has us both feeling so much better. I like a firm mattress, and this is it. It does transfer more motion than an all-foam mattress, but it's a fair trade-off.

Amazing and cool

I ordered this bed, I couldn’t wait to break it in, got it unboxed and opened. Set it up and the mattress just puffed up and rose to form. It’s firm but not to firm, it’s easy to turn over and move from position to position. Also it sleeps well. Cool and comfortable and has completely decreased my back pain and corrected my ED. Great bed. Highly recommend.

Sore no More!

I'm primarily a back sleeper, but roll on to my side occasionally. My older Sleep Number bed did not support my lower back well and led to pain. I had to set it at 90+ to minimize the back pain. However, when set that high my shoulders would ache if I rolled onto my side. After a recommendation from my sister and thorough research online, I ordered the GhostBed Flex. I was a little skeptical when I first received it because it felt a little softer than I expected. But when I laid down, I could feel how well it supported my lower back. I've been sleeping on it for a month and the relief was immediate and continues each night.

Best Decision Ever Made

I slept in a Ghost Bed mattress at the Lizzie Borden House when I was on an Investigation Vacation & I immediately knew I had to have one! I was literally in the airport on my way home when I placed my order. This has been the best mattress I have ever slept on, I also ordered the Ghost Bed Memory Foam Queen pillow, I no longer toss & turn at night. I suffer from migraines a lot, I usually wake up with them, but ever since Ghost Bed & pillow I haven’t woken up with a single migraine or neck ache! I would give this 10 stars if I could, it truly changed my sleep life!

Ghostbed Split King 2 XL TWINS

We've been sleeping on these GhostBeds for almost a year and they still seem new. I followed the unpacking and waiting period so they would fully expand, and they did! I have 2 twin XL for a split King bed. They have good support (medium firm) with a bit of memory foam cushioning on the top. These are just soft enough, but you don't sink into the bed. I rotate them and they look and feel like they did when I bought them. Note: I did not have any chemical odors when I unpacked these GhostBeds. Good purchase.

Happy...

Wasn't sure what to expect with purchasing a bed online. But Ghostbed has been great. The customer service is superb. On the website I read and researched each mattress, took the 'bed quiz' and chatted with a sales representative in the online chat, and decided on the Flex. It took a while to adjust, a few weeks, wasn't sure at first, but now I look forward to going to sleep and Thank God for my bed every night. I had a an Enso mattress before, and it was great and had served me well, but it was 12 yrs old and I was unable to find the exact one to replace it. So after lots of research on different sites I found Ghostbed... I loved the story of how Marc started the company and what he represented, and read the reviews....and decided to go with it. I have never been more comfortable in ANY bed.

I'm beyond satisfied with my Ghostbed. It's indescribable. I don't gave to adjust to find a comfortable position. Thid bed conforms to me.. I've had my loved ones who have their own aches & pains that I feel guilty for being so comfortable when they are still are not. I've sent the foundation measurements for each to measure their space. Each will get a little peace of heaven, any Ghostbed for their birthday. Huge Plus, the Ghostbed is made in America. Quality made I've found NO Cons, None. Nobody would regret purchasing a Ghostbed for themselves.

What a difference!

Title says it all. Bought a relatively high end matress about 8 years ago, and I thought it was pretty good. Wife and I were ready to upsize to a King, and took the plunge with Ghostbed. Dangerously comfortable and have been sleeping great! Matress is 10/10! A few points of disappointment (but still warrant 5 stars overall) are the size of included pillows (they are standard size and look hilariously small on a king) and the non-removable legs for the foundation. The headboard/frame we got required some modification to allow the Ghostbed Foundation to sit within. Took maybe an extra hour to get foundation put together and in place, but totally worth it. Would love to see the Ghost Pillows offered in the larger King size!

We love our bed

We absolutely love our GhostBed Natural mattress. It was incredibly comfortable from night one and required no break in. I’m pregnant and was getting horrible sleep on our old mattress, and from the first night on this mattress, I’ve been sleeping so well. It’s softer than I thought it would be, but the coils underneath still provide ample support. Highly recommend. We also love our sheets (so soft) and like the simple frame too because if it’s low profile. Although, the frame was a huge pain to put together because the directions made no sense. We ended up finding a video online that clarified everything.

Not the same as the previous one we ordered

A few months ago, we bought a queen size Ghostbed flex mattress for our child and for my wife and I to try out for firmness (to see about replacing the expensive plush memory foam mattress we got a couple of years ago, since it has lost its ability to support - we wake up with sore backs and hips like we are sleeping in a hammock). After testing out the Ghostbed flex queen size mattress for the last few months, we liked the firmness so we recently ordered another one in king size. When we received it, the package was busted up, the vac-seal was broken and the mattress was exposed, but it seemed to be okay. We called HD customer service to note the damage before unfurling the mattress. After we installed the mattress, we noted on the tag that it was made by a different manufacturer - BB inc in AZ instead of the earlier one, which was made by SBL in IL. It also had a completely different level of firmness. Sitting on our child’s mattress, I sink in maybe 4-5 of the 13 inch thickness and it has been that way since we unpackaged it. This one we just got, I sink all the way into it and hit the bed platform below (solid platform), even after leaving it for 48 hours. Also, as noted in the photos, the bottom had holes in it from the springs sticking through, it looks like. We are returning this. Even on sale, the inconsistency is not worth it, and it is a pain to try and box the mattress back up. If you need to, check online videos for re-packaging bed in a box - it's doable. Less

I purchased this bed back

I purchased this bed back in August 2020.Once I receive my mattress and matching boxspring from ghost bad I noticed there was a size difference between the boxspring and mattress and immediately contact the company.. I sent them pictures and videos of the issues. And from there I was given the run around for months.. Even though everyone agreed that the The mattress was defective but yet no one wanted to fix the issue. This should’ve been an easy fix I was within ghost bed Return and exchange policy. I reached out again and told them if they will not solve the issue I will just return the mattress and ask for a refund. all communication stopped. and every time called After that I was told a supervisor will contact me by email or phone. as of today I have yet to receive that phone call.. I did my homework before purchase from this company. but now realized I think everybody that gave reviews for them We’re given their items for free… I haven’t had a good nights sleep since I bought this mattress also periodically due to the defect of the mattress I have scratches and scars on my legs because of the boxspring. please look at the pictures and videos that I leave with this review to see what I am talking about… I am now starting research to see what I can do to hold this company liable for this. because like I said as of today July 28, 2021 I have yet to receive an email or a phone call back…. All I want ios for them to either give me my money back or replace the mattress with one that is not defective..And I gave them the benefit of the doubt because I understand everything that’s going on in 2020 and today. Everything takes time. But I just think this is poor quality and poor service and I would not recommend anybody purchase a mattress from a company. Less

The bed is excellent. I

The bed is excellent. I did lots of research on how and where the bed was made. I made my decision to buy this product based on the bed being made in canada as i’m a proud supporter of Canadian products I pride my self on buying Canadian even if i have to pay more. The ghost website says there beds are proudly made in canada. This is however not true when the bed arrived i was devastated to find out that all over the box was made in the USA. I was so upset that i had spent this much for a bed and was fooled by illegal false. Advertising. I called Ghost bed to find out how this happened and to speak with a manager, the phone operator took my information and said a customer service manager would call me back, i have been Ghosted, it has been two months and no call has been returned. I cant t fault the product in anyway except the stitching on the design mattress Pockets was all hanging threads and when removed the pockets lost there shape. The bed is as comfy as claimed, i would say besides that stitching the bed is well made. I’m considering reporting this to the Canadian competition bureau as making false claims of where a product is made is very illegal. The website has no disclaimer saying product may be shipped from us. I’m not disputing the quality of the bed, but if i new it was going to made in the us i wouldn't have bought it, i was in the market for a Canadian made bed. Also there customer service post purchase is lacking for not returning my call. For the bed i will give it five stars as i don’t feel its fair to rate the product based on bad decisions by management. If your looking for a comfy bed it certainly is. Less

Ghostbed Flex Queen mattress

Have had the Flex Queen mattress for almost 2 months now.My husband, who initiated this mattress purchase, says he finds sleeping on this mattress good for his back. In the past, he suffered waking up with back aches, not now at least. I have not had any issues with past mattresses owned. I am sleeping fine on this mattress.Since I like to sit on the edge of the side of the mattress to slip on my socks in the morning, I have noticed that the bed edge does dip down a wee bit more than our replaced pillowtop coils mattress. I am trying to break this habit!In researching, we still wanted the solid structure of lots of coils, so we opted for a combo mattress with the additional comfort of foam. We are both in our early 60's, 6 feet tall and in the 200 lbs weight range. I would have liked to buy the larger King size mattress but, we have a very nice Queen size bed headboard and lots of new Queen sheets which we wanted to keep using. Also, our bedroom size justifies the Queen mattress size rather than a King mattress given our matching bedroom set furniture.With Covid shopping restrictions, we decided on the safety purchase of a boxed, home delivery mattress. Ghostbed advertised a Boxing Day sale price and threw in 2 free Standard sized pillows with the purchase. However, we are a bit disappointed that the offer wasn't for Queen size pillows since we bought a Queen mattress from them.Also advertised, was a 10 year plus warranty on the mattress, which was better than any other boxed mattress company.As of this date, we have not yet used the pillows. We will use the pillows as I opened them up and they feel cool to the touch and will be good in the summer when temperatures warm up considerably.Delivery of the boxed mattress was very quick, just a few days. Unfortunately, I was not given any email notice of when delivery would take place. I came home after doing some grocery shopping, and the box was on the front steps in full view from the road. Luckily, no one grabbed the box and walked away with my purchase. The pillows came about two weeks later after a follow-up call had to be made by me that they had not come with the mattress.Overall, we are currently pleased with our Ghostbed Flex queen mattress purchase. Less
