The memory foam pad and accompanying pillow top mattress pad are well made but more soft and plush than I was expecting. From the description I was expecting a little more medium firm along with "support" (words used). If you like a very plush, pillowy feeling it's for you. But I don't think it adds much additional back support.

This was for a redone guest room and the exact compliment to make the average mattress a hit & super comfy! Highly recommend, it makes a world of difference & we receive constant compliments about how comfortable the bed is in this room!

So incredibly soft! I had thought to buy a new mattress, but the mattress I have works well with my adjustable bed frame. The only issue with the my mattress was it’s too hard. This hd this perfect fix for that

For 18 years I was sleeping on down feather mattress toppers, and my most recent one was pretty old so I thought I'll try the memory foam. This one has some gel to help you stay cool, but right away I noticed I don't feel as cool, much warmer than with the feathers. I'm a petite woman, 5' 2", 112 lbs if that helps put it into perspective, I don't sink in very deeply into this memory foam, I sink deeper into feathers. I tried to get used to it for two and a half months, and now I just bought a nice 4" feather topper to use instead. Looking forward to its arrival! The memory foam is not as luxurious as feathers. When I try to sleep on my stomach my back arches and my neck and shoulders are also very uncomfortable. Feathers are malleable and don't have a memory so it's true you have to plump them the same way you plump a pillow - but it's totally worth it!

The foam was 2 inches but its was very soft and gave way too easily. It felt like I was sitting on nothing. The to part was not 2 inches. It was not even 1 inch. It was more like thick quilted toilet paper. I put this in my RV so it was able to rest for a few days before use. It did not rise overtime. I also bought my kids a 3 inch foam twin mattress at the same time. I would recommend that over this product. It was cheaper and much nicer.

Made the bed we are sleeping on more comfortable. However, it's not as "cooling" as I thought it would be. Because of how it is constructed, it does stay in place. I would recommend this.

It just arrived and I am in love. The quality is intact and the topper is heavenly. I plan to buy additional toppers for my guest rooms. And I washed the cover before use and no chemical smell was noted.

Had guests stay at our new vacation home. They all said our beds were the most comfortable. So I bought more for home. Super comfortable and not too soft.

Love this . No odor on queen size however I ordered another in full size but has an odor. I am currently airing it out before putting on my guest room bed. My queen mattress is getting old and didn’t want to spend the money for a new one co I ordered the queen topper. Couldn’t be happier with it. Not too soft. Just right for my husband and I. Love the pillow top cover fits easily over my very deep mattress .

It’s very comfortable not too soft to firm just right saved us a lot of money by not buying a new mattress. Had a good night sleep ever since we got it no odor put it on the bed after one day airing out couldn’t be happier. I like the idea, it’s in two pieces, 2 inch foam and 2 inch topper that I can wash. Long sides fit over my long mattress with room to spare. Glad I bought this one

Gives your bed that hotel feel!

So I had bought a Douglas mattress 4 years ago and in the last year or so, my body has started to sink into it (I'm 120 lbs, 5'6") so not recommended btw! Anyway, they won't do anything for me because I voided the warranty by putting it on my Sealy posturepedic box spring (make sureyou read the small print). So I decided to try a mattress topper to help with my severe joint paint especially around the hips from sinking into this mattress. The pain was so bad, I could barely walk when I first got up! So this mattress topper helped I'd say about 50 %. I think the mattress topper is a better solution to make a really firm mattress more comfy. It's what hotels do (and they use firm mattresses because they last longer... Guess what my next mattress will be!) It does give the bed that comfy hotel feeling! So it's as advertised in my opinion. I did not notice any smell. I didn't have yellow stains although the foam is not all one colour. I assume it is supposed to be this way. The foam is 2 inches (see pictures) but the topper is like people say, like a really cushiony comforter so you could measure at the peak and get the other 2 inches, but just put your hand (or a book) on it and it very easy presses down. So I can see how some people are complaining that this topper is not 4 inches think. I am happy with it though. Overall, I give it 5 stars because I think it does what it's advertised to do and it's not the topper's fault that it can't fix a crappy, saggy mattress. p.p.s I ended up putting some plywood under my Douglas mattress, it is helping about 80% of the pain now with the topper and the plywood

I received it today and was impressed with the packaging. The installation was trouble-free, and there was plenty of fabric to attach it to my mattress. It felt very comfortable when I tested it. Im looking forward to my first night of cushioned sleep.

Do not waste you time looking at other mattress pads. This one is it. It comes with a deep pocket cover that is thicker and good quality. This makes the guest bed feel like heaven!

This memory foam gel pad and mattress topper is great. It was packaged so that it was very easy to open and place on my bed. It transformed my mattress. My mattress is older but it’s still in great shape and I don’t want to get rid of it. I think this will add increased life to my mattress. And it made so comfortable that I don’t want to get up in the morning.

This topper sucked!!! The entire night my husband and I were rolling into the middle of the bed. It’s fine to the point where it’s bearable, but it’s very firm. Would not recommend this topper!!

My granddaughter was thrilled to get this. She is starting College in the fall and the beds need as much help as possible. I brought one for my grandson when he started college and it was a hit. So glad you still offered them.
