Never received mattress topper

I ordered this mattress topper on October 14. It said in the box delivery October 17 or 18. Today is October 20, and no mattress topper. I called Home Depot customer service and all I got was some woman on the other side freaking out about reading my full home address to her after I gave her my order number. Maybe she couldn't read it because she could barely speak English. The person and her stupid visor could not tell me why it wasn't delivered, when it would be delivered and did not know how to cancel the order. If you want to pay for a mattress toper and never receive it and get "I don't know anything," than this mattress topper is for you.

It seems great, It fit well over my new cooling gel egg crate 3” topper that I bought from Home Depot and yes it seems like a great combo. I only slept on it twice but it was very luxurious

Doesn’t look like the picture

Do not buy this product! It does not look like the picture one bit! The only thing that looks like the picture is the straps that go under your mattress to secure it that’s it! It’s not fluffy, it’s not comfortable and it’s definitely not worth the $60!

I would buy this again.

Makes bed more comfortable. Compressed a bit pretty quickly but still a non=bulky improvement. Fits easily with 15-inch mattress and pad.

Game changer for my firm mattress

We recently got a new king sized mattress, it's very firm, and I had a hard time sleeping comfortably. My husband loved the firmness, me no so much. So I did some research into pillow toppers and purchased 2 from Home Depot. This one had good reviews and did not disappoint. I listened to the reviews and put it in the dryer for 15 minutes after it came out of the box to fluff it up, and it was perfect. Good product, excellent price, made a big difference for my sleep. Got the Twin XL so it fits on my side of the king bed.
