The shelf is sturdy and easy to assemble

For the price, this shelf is durable. The assembly of it is very easy with instructions. I like the sturdiness of it. My daughter uses it for her books.

Can’t get better than this!

I really needed a solution for storing my CDs as my former solution hid them in a shelved cabinet that didn’t allow me to read the titles easily.

"wood" print comes right off

Put the shelf together, seems cheaply made and unsturdy but for my purposes it didn't really matter. Then I went to take off the stickers that labelled the pieces and it tore off a part of the wood grain print. Very irritated, it's going to be a huge pain to return so I prob will just color it in with sharpie. But if I could go back in time and not buy this garbage, I would.

Compact shelving unit

It works well for what I need it for, and fits perfectly in my very small cabinet in the bathroom. I can also put quite a bit of item in it. But the particle board is pretty easy to mess up and the whole shelving unit seems a bit flimsy

use as a nightstand

I put the beside my bed so things I used at bedtime, reading material, water, reading glasses, face mask, remotes, ear plugs, headphones, etc. It's the perfect size.

Cheap

It does what it's supposed too. Immediately pulling pieces out of the box, there were many imperfections and something was on some of the pieces. I had to retape the backing because it wasnt lined up evenly. It's not super sturdy but it gets the job done. It doesnt hold all of my daughters books because some of her books are too tall for the shelves. I wasnt happy with the paint peeling/chipping straight from the box but whatever. Definitely cheaply made. Get what you pay for I guess. I added a couple of pictures of the damage that was there when I opened the box.

Two identical items with assembly instructions that were actually comprehensive. Assembling the item not all the holes lined up. One of the cut holes had damage to the exterior of the unit.

did not fit together right. was not as big as it looked. had to use glue to try to hold together and had to hammer in place. looked cheap you would have made it right but it was too much trouble to try to send it back

You get what you pay for.. almost.

I really need to pay more attention to dimensions but this is NOT standard cube size. THe dimensions are for the outside of the unit, not the size of the open area for cube inserts.

Misleading Title

Do not be fooled by the description like I was. This is not infact a 5 unit shelf.. it is a 3 unit.and a 2 unit together.
