Pathetic service

Don't order this product, The delivery driver 8 heavy boxed in front of the driveway blocking my home entrance on a rainy day. Moreover, very pathetic sam's club support with returns. I am raising a credit card dispute and purchase protection.

Transformed our backyard

This outdoor kitchen was exactly the final touch our backyard needed. Since we’ve installed it a year ago, we have had countless barbecues, family moments and gatherings, creating memories for years. I can’t imagine our backyard without it!

Seems solid, Some issues

The product went together fairly easily - two person job and it will take several hours. Upon completion and hooking up the propane tank, the regulator supplied leaked. I emailed the company and as yet have heard no response. Also, it has a trash can drawer, but no bin is provided, you'll have to purchase one yourself. I recommend if yo scratch the paint anywhere, immediately touch it up with paint to avoid rust. I supplied my own paint.

We couldn’t be happier with our purchase of the Fusion Flame Outdoor Kitchen. The electronic instructions made it very easy for me and my husband to install it on our own in one weekend. It is high quality and looks great. We love how large the grill is and the rotisserie and sear functions. Perfect for outdoor entertaining!

Needs improving

I bought this is the summer and I loved it in the beginning. Its constructed pretty well and the instructions are good. But!!! I wish a few things will get improved on version 2. First, they are right by saying that thing will hold up to 100Mph winds but the grill cover will only hold up to 15 mph winds. Found mine in the neighbors yard one day. Second the roof leaks and is too small. When it rains the roof leaks and the water collects and runs right down the grill and defeats the purpose of the roof. I think they need to re-do the roof with better materials and make the back side just a bit longer with a better drip edge to keep the rain off the unit. In conclusion I really like this, I just can't use it in the rain, light rain no issue. The grill is a bit difficult to clean but not a deal breaker, Maintenance is key. The refrigerator works perfect and the storage for the most part is dry and plentiful. If they can fix the roof and grill cover issue this unit will be perfect in my opinion. Amazing Grill Station!

We bought this about 6 months ago! Have NEVER regretted. We would have paid quadruple had we not found this on Backyard Discovery. We paid to have it assembled and never looked back!

COMPACT, BEAUTIFUL AND WAS EASY TO ASSEMBLE

It fits perfectly in our small yard and looks beautiful. My fiancé and neighbor put it together in about 12 hours. A few items came dented, but they were replaced right away.

Fusion Grill and Fridge are awesome!

Wow, LOVE our new Fusion Outdoor Kitchen! Took every bit of 6 hours to put together, but it’s worth it. Solid construction and well designed. Have had it for about 5 months now and use it all the time. Completes our backyard/pool area. Definitely recommend this product!

Fantastic Product, Chic, and Makes a Statement

I purchased the Backyard Discover Fusion Flame Outdoor Kitchen just in time for the Labor Day weekend.

Backyard Oasis

We would highly recommend this outdoor kitchen. This is the Fushion Flame kitchen. I ordered this Sept 21st and it took 6 days to recieve it in Southern Indiana. It took my husband 2.5 days, 5 hrs each, to erect this. He did it by himself when I was at work. This kitchen fit perfectly up against the back of our home and it is not going anywhere. The material is incredibly sturdy and a high quality build. The refrigerator has three shelves, temp control and LED lights. We used the grill yesterday for the first time. It is a very good quality grill with a ton of grill space. There is a warming rack and a bun warmer setting as well. The side drawer is deep and 22" long, big enough for our grill assessories. We purchased a 50" TV and it sits on the wall shelves perfectly. The photo is showing the tv on the surface of the table. We haven't attached the power supply yet because it's bulky and we are not sure if we want to attach it to anything yet. It hasn't rained yet so I don't know how weather/rain tight it is yet. One thing no one mentions is that alot of it is metal and magnets will attach to it which is convenient for assessories.

Game Changer - Phenomenal Product - Outdoor Kitche

We can't express enough how fabulous this product is. Assembly - straightforward. Quality - top notch. The grill is much larger in person that we expected and has been great for cooking on. The counter space is ample, fridge fits a lot!. Shelving, trash, paper towel holder - there isn't anything Backyard Discovery missed in the design of this product. Good storage too. Thanks for giving us a yard that others now envy!

This unit is built very robust….they thought of every details…I only wish that they would have offered the bbq unit to be either natural gas or propane. No regrets whatsoever plus it looks like a million bucks

Love my outdoor kitchen!

Had one at my previous home and wanted another. My grandson helped me build it and I threw a big party to celebrate his birthday. It’s strong and beautiful! I LOVE my backyard now!

Overall it’s good, but not as good as some portray

Yes the design overall is excellent and the assembly and instruction s are also very good. It took my wife and I a day and a half to assemble at a steady constant pace. The unit in the end looks exactly like the pictures. It’s very strong and sturdy for sure. Now here is are the trickier parts that we ran into. Some of the imbedded screw holes on our unit were not cleaned out and the screws just would not go in. I used an M6 screw tap to clean out about 5 or 6 or the screw holes to allow the screws to fit. No big deal, but it was hardly that I had an M6 screw tap. The roof alignment on our unit was ever so lightly off. You start from the lhs and work to the right. Had I known the first panel was slightly out I could have realigned it and the others would probably have been ok. In the end I re-drilled most of the starter holes I the roof to get perfect alignment, that took a few extra hours. Again no big deal. The draws don’t seem to be soft close ( maybe my expectation of soft close is incorrect) but the font self close at the end when you push them in. Having said all of this overall the design met expectation and provided you are fairly handy at assembly I’d still say it was well worth it. It looks custom, it has a very solid feel and do get a custom design similar to this would cost at least double the price of not more!

I bought this a month ago and received it very quickly. It took me only about 5 hours to assemble, I did request my wife to give me a hand for the top beams they do need two people to put up, not that heavy but awkward to hold and insert bolts. I was BBQ'n by dinner time. The only down side is it doesn't come with trash can and is hard to find 7 gal trash bags for it. The other problem is the "powder coating is not really powder coating it's some kind of paint and is rough to the touch it was tearing up the rag I was using to wiping it down as I assembled it and scratches really easy. Drawers don't have a self soft closing like the storage doors you have to close them completely by hand. Overall very nice
